This is such a nice target. I went since I bought the wrong thing in Temple and wanted to see if the correct one was in stock here. Very easy to get help with the kiosks around the store. Very easy exchange process. Even got something else while here and my cashier, Nevaeh was super charismatic and kind while helping me with my gift cards.

Store opens at 8:00am!! Nice and clean with friendly and helpful staff. Great variety of products across all departments. Clothing is nice quality and reasonable prices.

I typically shop on line. When I had to do a return at the Harker Heights Target, I was impressed at how clean the store was, how fast the return was handled, and how friendly and helpful the sales associate was.

Enjoyed this Target. Very friendly staff. Had problem with my phone that was purchased. Talked to person in electronic, he was very knowledgeable about how to fix the problem. Took him a fee minutes and problem solved. Thank you to this store for caring and helping.

I went to the Harker Heights, TX store with my elderly mother and she wanted to use the app and was unsure of how to use it. Trisha at the register not only took her time to show her how to use the app she maintained her friendly demeanor and patience as my mother asked her questions about the sales and discounts, even when a family pulled into her lane behind us she never rushed my elderly mother or made her feel bad for not knowing how to use the app. I have to admit I didn't know how to use the app. Thank you Teisha for exemplary Custer service!

My Christmas Eve shopping experience in Target lasted 6 minutes and was awesome to the point: 1. I was checked on twice in a 3 minute period by two different associates. 2. My order was given to me two minutes later.
3. I was back out the door on my way home ready to wrap gifts a minute after that!

Everyone was amazing even though the store was a bit chaotic!

Target order pickup has the best service out of any and all other store pickup services I have used. Very prompt, and courteous employees. What I like most about Target order pickup, is that you don't have to schedule a specific time to get your order. You place the order, and in 2 hours or less, it's ready. Then you can pick it up at your convenience. You just let them know when you're on the way! Great service and really good prices and sales.

I came in today (April 16th) right at 8am looking for an action figure that online said was in stock, however it wasn’t on the shelf. The young lady (I wish I got her name) who was stocking the electronic section was kind enough to stop what she was doing and go in the back to get it for me. A+ service. One of the reasons why I love this store!!
