Best Buy

I purchased some tvs yesterday they have some amazing deals right now!!..
It was a rainy night, and the warehouse men loaded my TVs safe and quick. They took their time and advised me to be safe over bumps.
You would think that's common sense..however I appreciated the reminder and the fact he cared enough to mention it!!

As soon as I walked into Best Buy, an employee came up to me and asked if they could help me find something. I didn't have to go searching for someone to help me. The gentleman walked me over to what I was looking for and was very informative about why there was a difference between the prices of the different brands of phone cases. Every where I walked in the store, there was an employee asking if I needed help looking for something. The employees throughout the store were all very friendly and helpful. That is why I always shop at Best Buy for all my electronics. Best Buy will also do price matches.

Miss J was very nice and informative. She was patient with me while shopping for a new laptop. She helped me make an informed decision. The greeters were also friendly. Customer service was good here. I enjoyed my visit here.

8/27/23 -- New experience: So, my office computer does not have ear bud connection availability via Bluetooth due to network restrictions. David helped me find just the right options for me! OPTION 1: Use wireless w/a USB Bluetooth adapter, which would allow my PC to connect to wireless ear buds, but would require downloading driver. OPTION 2: Use wired ear buds with a longer cord. He was so patient and listed to what I was needing/wanting, which was not the typical headphones that go over my head, etc. He truly made my frustration dissipate. His exemplary customer service should be the standard for all businesses. Thank you DAVID!! Best Buy, please give this employee some well-deserved recognition!

2 YEARS AGO:
Found a new fridge to surprise the family for Christmas at a great price. They even delivered, set the new one up, and hauled away the old one! They were quick, efficient, and extremely professional. I was able to also get 18 months of interest free financing for it!!! Plan on buying my new stove from here too next! FYI: The stainless steel one is cheaper than the black stainless steel. Needless to say, I got the stainless steel one, which looks amazing in my kitchen!

Even though we came in close to closing time, Reggie was very kind ... he did not rush us ... and ... so knowledgeable , describing the "Meta Quest 3" that instead of just the ONE, we bought TWO . If you're just not sure about your decision
ask for Reggie. Very professional and polite.

My husband and I went to the Killeen Best Buy to replace our TV that went out. I want to give a shout-out, especially to Reggie. Soon after we arrived where the televisions were, Reggie approached us and told us that he and his coworkers would be available to help or answer any questions. When we were ready to ask questions, his coworker tried to help us but referred us to him because she felt like he could better help us. So, Reggie helped us find the type of TV we were looking for and answered honestly all of our questions. After we decided, he went and got the TV we wanted. I started feeling a little lightheaded after he got back with the TV, he was ready to ring us up, but I asked him if there was somewhere I could sit down because I wasn't feeling good. He stopped what he was doing and walked us up to where they sell phones so I could sit down. He offered me some water, then told my husband to go get the truck and he would help him load the tv in the truck. While my husband went and got the truck, he waited with me, and when he got ready to load the TV, he asked some of his coworkers to keep an eye on me. He loaded the TV, returned, and walked me to the truck to ensure I didn't pass out.
He deserves some promotion or raises or something; he went above and beyond his job description.
Thank you, Reggie and Best Buy. Reggie, your kindness yesterday will always be remembered.

The sales associate name Derrick was awesome. He was a great help. We were from Dallas, and he truly helped us with what we were looking for.

Great customer service! I went in to find a charger that would be compatible with my laptop. So no thanks to my puppy who chewed through it lol but the sales associate was able to explain which one I would need as well as having several adapters that my daughter could use qith her Mac. I found this helpful

The service here is exceptional with every employee I encountered. I always forget to get names but I really appreciated the help I was given with a lost gift card on my last visit and the previous one here the help I received on picking my new fridge for my new house!

The store was very clean and organized, and the staff here was super helpful to help my friend find his headphones he wanted. There was a classic Best Buy attitude here that may have been lost in the early y2k.

We had to return an item, and they went in back to look if they had it in store. (It was an online order). They were super polite and helpful ^_^.

My husband and I want to say how much we appreciated José in the cell phone department yesterday. Fortunately, we have Total Tech and José was able to sort out a mess I created trying to transfer data on iPhones. He was so patient and understanding! He is a great employee and I would totally look for him again when we go to Best Buy!

David from Computers was very helpful and kind today. He was more helpful than the gentleman at the front desk when you first walk in. He didn’t contact an employee from the area to assist it would have been too much work. But I kept walking to find help and David saw me and immediately ask if there was anything he could do to help me. He found the item and made sure it was a match and I made the purchase. Almost went to to Walmart please keep David and give him an incentive award! Thank you!

Madison was extremely helpful with my order. She was super patient and called both Best Buy customer service as well as my carrier to try and find out what was wrong with my account. I did not feel rushed and she definitely went above and beyond to try to resolve my issue. Thank you!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful in helping me return some items and getting new ones.

We always have a great shopping experience at this location, and the customer service is always outstanding. On every visit, the staff has been kind and helpful. They go above and beyond to assist us and were incredibly helpful with our purchases when we were deciding between television sets and a couple of computers. The staff is spectacular here!

We stop at this location often, and it's always a great experience here from their top-notch customer service to offering the products we are looking to purchase. It's one of our favorite Best Buy locations. I highly recommend a visit!

Jose is the best at Best Buy! He helped us decide after us being indecisive for over 25 minutes. He’s patient and great and we couldn’t have made a purchase without his guidance.

It can get pretty noisy when it's busy but the food is always fantastic!! And I love the shopping

Ordered through the website and chose pickup option. I checked in and my order was out within 5 minutes. Very friendly and fast service.

Love taking that 40 min drive to this best buy, the staff is so knowledgeable and helpful.
