Jasmine was very helpful and friendly with our questions and purchases. The store is clean and organized. Seems a lot of the reviews complain about prices but they have good sales at Dick’s. I get emailed specials and coupons all the time. Remember sooner or later it goes on sale or clearance.

They have a great selection and the store isn’t crowded. We saw a pair of Brooks running shoes on the Macy’s website for $30 cheaper, the manager price matched for us without any trouble. Their associates are helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely enjoyed the warm greeting by Ms. Bee! Attentive and made sure it was known not to hesitate to ask for any assistance. Also enjoyed her warm soul and sprit as she helped with my purchase.

Went in as soon as they opened this morning, grabbed what I needed and checked out by Ms. Bee. She was the most pleasant and friendly cashier I have experienced in a long time. It was refreshing to interact with an employee that seemed to enjoy her job as much as she does.

I just went there for the first time Cashier lady name is Bee with the Mickey Mouse watch was AWESOME SERVICE IS IMPECCABLE! She was the absolute best cashier I have ever dealt with. So kind, friendly and informative. Even with the mask I could tell she smiled and was so friendly! Who ever her boss is PROMOTE this lady!!!

Today was my first time shopping there and I must say the employees to include the manager is very nice. Customer service is top notch. My daughter immediately saw the balloons in the store and wanted them. We gave them to her and the staff was understanding that she is just a toddler and wanted something to entertain herself while we shopped. When we got to the register to check out, the manager was so kind and gave her the balloons to come home with. It’s the little things sometimes. I’m a happy customer ☺

AMAZING customer service! Went looking for my husband a Dallas cowboys shirt and Maklaya went looking for me ! She didn’t stop til she helped me with what I was looking for. Great job and great help !! She was awesome!!

We were there this evening buying my son things for T-ball, We were so clueless and Kamery was absolutely amazing, she came up to us, I didn’t even have to ask her for help she came up to us and helped us pick EVERYTHING out! I then got to order my sons cleats and the lady was so nice at the shoe dept, then checking out the gentleman was so nice. I am no the one to leave reviews but I was so impressed with the service tonight I had to come here and let y’all know how thankful I am wish I would of gotten everybody’s names! THANK YALL!

Great place. Customer service is outstanding! They greeted me immediately and held my hand for an hour throughout my shopping experience.

Today we went to buy my sons some shoes for soccer and Kaleb in the shoe department was so helpful and very attentive! He definitely deserves recognition for his customer service…thank you Kaleb!

I visited the store on April 18 and had an exemptional experience. I needed help finding my 10 yr old a baseball bat. The young man who helped me was well informed of what size and type of bat my son needed. After his help I proceeded to need help finding a pair of running shoes. I received exemptional service in the shoe department as well. The shoes I wanted were not available in store so I was offered the option to order them on line, from the store. It was really quick and easy. I went back to the store on April 25 and was given exemptional customer service again. The two guys in the shoe department worked together to try and help me find the right fit of cleats for my son. After we were able to determine the right size and brand they helped me order the cleats on line, in store. I just received confirmation that those cleats will arrive tomorrow. That is only 2 days after they were ordered! I can't express how satisfied I am with the customer service I received during both visits to the store. I am shocked at how fast both pair of shoes have/are arriving. It is also really nice to see such young men be so kind and so helpful. Thanks again gentlemen!

We all love this place! The service is amazing, and the merchandise is always displayed in a neat, organized way. I always find a deal here...and the rewards club is awesome. Yesterday we got an under armour shirt and 2 packages of big league chew for free...thanks to the $20 reward zone card they sent us.

This place is awesome. I called on the way to Orange Theory because I forgot to bring my gym shoes and Jasmine was super helpful! She found some shoes and socks for me that I love!

Went today always very organized roof leaking in a few spots but there doing there best to all safe bathroom clean everyone was very courteous and ask if you need help .. bless place thank you

This location is really nice and well kept. Everything is very organized and the staff is really helpful. Just wish they had football gloves in my son's size....tiny hands for a 6 year old.

First time at this location wasn’t sure where the item I was looking for was located, an associate asked me if needed help and directed me towards what I was looking for. Nice and friendly workers will be coming back.

Its a sporting goods store, it has a balance of clothing and equipment. The lady that helped me Samantha, is just absolutely amazing. She gave them the 5th star.
