Fantastic service! Ashton Center was very knowledgeable and professional. He wasn't pushy and took the time to ask us questions about what we wanted. We gave him a budget and he tailored our experience to that budget. Even gave helpful suggestions that he really didn't have to. He was very nice and personable. We bought our new furniture from here and will definitely buy in the future. I would recommend this store to anyone getting new furniture!!

Our salesman, Brett was great to work with. He spent considerable time with me to pick out a recliner that I really love. He told us he could add anything to the recliner such as swivel, etc. and even showed us the different color options, etc. We decided to custom order it and he told us it would be 10 weeks, but I decided to go that route so that I could exactly what I wanted. La-Z-Boy has a wide selection of recliners. I am very happy with what I ordered.

We had a very pleasant experience working with Bret and Lauren in designing our den and the furniture that we ordered. We are looking forward to the delivery and installation of the total makeover.

I was ever happy with the service my wife and I received from the time we entered the store until we left the store. Katherine Davis was our sale associate and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the lift recliners we bought. Katherine was ever pleasant and easy to work with. I had a positive experience at La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery in Greenville, South Carolina. My sales associate, Mr. Dionne Thompson, was exceptional. He allowed me the freedom I desired to make my decisions. Mr. Thompson was attentive while not overbearing. He was patient with my indecision yet always there to answer my questions. The designer was also extremely helpful in helping me achieve the look I desire for my new residence. I will probably use La-Z-Boy in the future when/if I need additional furnishings.

Vil has helped us with designing and helping us make good choices on our lake house furniture. We will keep coming back to her as our furniture needs change. She is talented and patient with us.

Four years ago I moved to my new home and Covid hit soon after so I was not able to purchase furniture easily. So this Fall I decided to go with La-z-boy's interior design program to furnish my main rooms.I AM SO GLAD I DID. From start to finish, my Sales Representative, Katherine Davis and the Interior Designer, Mawi Kim, made this process so easy and fun. They helped me choose the furniture according to my needs and taste. I absolutely love my new furniture/home. My home actually looks bigger with more/better furniture. Ladies if you are tired of piecing your rooms together then returning things La-z- boy is the way to go. You will not regret it!!

We have La-Z-Boy furniture at an our property that we’ve had for 14 years and it’s still in amazing condition. We recently purchased another property back for La-Z-Boy because of the quality. Brett was excellent at asking questions taking time to understand our needs. It was a great experience

Ty (sales) and Ruth Ellen (designer) were helpful and professional and worked with us but didn't hover over us as we shopped and considered different options. No pressure, which was much appreciated. We felt the product quality here was superior to other places we've shopped for living room furniture, and will look great in our home for many years.

Fabulous sales rep, she showed various options, not pushing us in any way. She did not follow us around the store, listened to our wants and needs and we ended up with a perfect purchase

Decided to check out this place after the other furniture stores in town were either completely out of stock, backordered, or a company like “Jeff Lynch” where they promise you a product and then call you a month later to say they don’t have it in stock and I need to either purchase the floor model at full price or cancel the order. *sigh*
Needless to say we were on a timeline with a baby due and needed a comfortable rocker for our nursery room!

We were immediately greeted with smiling faces and great customer service. I needed something not only readily available but also comfortable in leather with the electric option! This team made it happen in less than 6 weeks delivery timeframe. Delivery service was also on top of it, courteous of set time frames and on time.
10/10 would order my whole house from them next time!!

I had the absolute best experience at this La-Z-Boy store. When I walked in, I was greeted and shown pieces similar to what I had indicated that I was interested in. I was able to look at my leisure and the sales associate helped me when he sensed I needed it or had a question. There were tons of swatches for every fabric that you could possibly want and the sales associate even showed me one that I later ended up choosing for my chair! I was able to find a couch and recliner in exactly the style and color that I wanted. The furniture protection plan and delivery options were also great. I could not recommend this store more. La-Z-Boy if you're listening - your sales associate named David Lisznyal needs a raise!
