Where do I begin… Summit Physical Therapy helped me so much! I came in with knee problems and Kelsey helped me with getting rid of those problems! Summit Physical Therapy is such a comfortable place and I felt at home. All of the staff are AMAZING! And I had the best, Kelsey. Going there wasn’t like a chore, or something I dreaded. Whenever I would have my sessions, although they push you hard, I had so much fun and I learned a lot! Before and after, I have had such an improvement with my knee and I have no pain! I went from having trouble standing, playing softball and volleyball, going up and down the stairs, to being able to enjoy the things that I do with no pain! Summit Physical is the best place to go with anything! The amount of range that they can help with is truly amazing! It’s so sad to leave, but I’m so happy with my results! Thank you all for that y’all have done!

Thank you Summit for getting me back into the gym, playing volleyball, and more. I got jumpers knee while playing volleyball and wasn’t able to move my knee properly but thanks to Summit (special shout out to Doug Reeves as my PT) I was able to do all that and more again. By Gods grace I won’t get hurt again but if I do I know where to go. Thank you Summit!!

This is the second time I’ve been to Summit Physical Therapy in Ooltewah and I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. I tried several other physical therapy offices and this is by far the most effective with the best staff around. Nic treated me primarily, but I had the privilege to work with many of the other members of this team and only had a positive experience with all of them. Thank you for helping with my jaw pain. I haven’t felt this good in over a decade :)

Couldn’t have been more blessed to meet Kelsey. I have been putting off seeing a pelvic foot therapist for years because I was afraid and didn’t know what to expect. Not only was she incredibly thorough, she is very kind, understanding and professional. Pelvic floor is a sensitive topic and she exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t recommend this facility enough. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

I never expected that my dog would make me fall and break my hip. The break in the hip was so bad that they had to do a total hip replacement. That stank. It meant surgery and physical therapy.

I never expected physical therapy to be such an important aspect of my life or my recovery. Nic guided me through the physical therapy process, he challenged me, he knew exactly what to do to help me recover as quickly as possible. Each day was an experience that made me realize I could get back to my normal self.

I have to thank Tyler and Adele for guiding me through the process and for helping me to stay positive.

The folks at Summit are amazing, it is an experience of both mind and body, because they help you get a positive mental attitude while building the physical strength to recover.

I am not a morning person but the 7am slot was the one that would work the best for me. The first day I wondered how I would even make it through but before I knew it I was looking forward to it. I often feel medical professionals do not listen and figure the same here. But I was very wrong, Nic got me to open up and he listened to what was going on and when and how I was hurting. I went in leaning on everything just to walk but left walking on my own. The whole staff was energetic and enjoyable to be around. I would highly recommend Summit Physical therapy in Ooltewah and I would even do the 7am slot with no hesitation

My mom started PT with Nick and at that time she was in excruciating and debilitating neck pain. She was unable to care for her own basic ADLs, or family needs. After 6 weeks, she is pain free and able to enjoy her grandchildren again. We are all thankful for Summit therapist and especially, Nick for rehabbing my mom, Donna.

I have been seeing Miss Kelsey Sivley for CPPS. I have to say, she is amazing. I have had several different PT specialists throughout my life, due to my accident prone nature, and no one is even close to her in her care and understanding of patients needs. I was quite uncomfortable at the beginning of therapy and she squashed all that with my first visit. She genuinely cares about her patients and it shows. I don’t normally do positive reviews but I just can’t help recommending her for any therapy especially for PF dysfunction. Miss Kelsey is a pro and has helped me tremendously. I can’t thank her enough.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about Summit - friendly, professional, welcoming, and active listeners. From day 1, Nic listened and probed my issues to ID the source of my lower back pain. My 6 week treatment w/him has left me in significantly less pain, stronger and more flexible. I was already weight training, but he tweaked my program to ensure stronger stability which has tremendously helped. To top it off, he (and the rest of the Summit staff) made the therapy fun with the right amount of challenge, which made me look forward to the sessions. Kelsey and Doug also helped my husband, and we felt that Nic, Kelsey and Doug collaborated to try to help ID the source of his pain and of course mitigate it. Adele and Ariel were also fantastic. We are Summit fans! Thanks all - especially Nic!!

The staff here are wonderful. They know their stuff and care about people. They make you feel welcome and like you belong there while providing exceptional professional therapy. I thank Nic and everyone who helped me get back to my old self after shoulder surgery.

Summit Therapy at Cambridge Square in Ooltewah has a great staff. They all are professional and explain procedures well. I so enjoyed working with Gordon, Kelsey, Doug, Adele, Aeriel, and other staff. I completed eight weeks of therapy for a torn meniscus. It helped, and I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend Summit Therapy!

I rate my outcome at Summit as successful as my hip area is stronger from the exercises during therapy and also feel my therapist was invested in my success as well. Highly recommended this facility!

This is the best physical therapy I have ever been to. It is so much so that I keep coming back! I was here for torn rotator cuff and bicep tear rehab which concluded with full range of motion and strength equal to my non-injured arm. Nic was the therapist I worked with that time. He was very motivatng, encouraging, and engaged in my process.
I was there in 2020 and I am there now 3 times a week. Both times for knee replacement rehab on the same leg. This is an extremely difficult and painful rehabilitation process. Both of these times I have been working with Noah. He is phenomenal as well! He does the work that needs to be done, presses me to do my very best, all with tons of positive feedback and encouragement. He lets up occassionally but, only if I am at a breaking point and can take no more. It's amazing what has been able to be accomplished each time, both with Nic and with Noah.
Last, but not least, there is an excellent support staff. Out on the floor Jo is keeping everything flowing, helping keep an eye on patients, as well as, maintaining that the area and equipment stay completely sanitized.
Rebecca's job is similar at times to what Jo does but, she is also a physical therapy assistant. She has had education in the field and is able to work with patients as well.
And then there is Mandy. She runs the front desk, insurance, billing, phones, appointments, sends out appointment reminder texts and does just about everything else in the office. She is the first smiling face you meet at Summit and immedately let's you know that you are right at home!
No matter where you are in Chattanooga or the surrounding areas, it is more than worth your drive and your time to do your physical therapy at Summit Physical Therapy in Ooltewah. They will take excellent care of you and they will help you get 'er done!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! The personnel here is excellent. They are knowledgeable and compassionate. They provide excellent professional counseling while making you feel at home and like you belong. Kelsi is very patient and has greatly helped ease my back pain. Definitely one of the best physical therapy places in Chattanooga!

Very professional and friendly staff. My PT is the best PT I have ever had. Very attentive. Carefully listens to feedback and makes adjustments in treatments / exercises to ensure you meet your rehab goals. No cookie cutter treatment. I have had PT at other places, but this is the only place that I have come back to do my therapy. Highly recommend!

Dec 2023: I'm back again! I was not kind to my body in my youth, and a lengthy Military career has not helped. I was referred to summit before my first knee surgery and I requested to return post-surgery (See Below). Now 18 months later, and another knee surgery, I requested to come back to summit for a THIRD time. Kelsey Sivley has been my primary therapist each time. I trust Kelsey with my rehabilitation, improved range of motion, and pain management. I consider her a friend. Moreover, I trust the entire team at Summit-Ooltewah. I would recommend this team without hesitation. -Sparky

Oct 2022: Physical Therapy at Summit Physical Therapy Ooltewah has helped me build strength and stability in my legs, after a knee reconstruction, giving me the confidence to return to the gym and continue my health journey myself.

Clinic staff is great Hayley and Occupational Therapy helped with my shoulder and elbow pain. I was able to strengthen elbow, arm, and hands. I can now do everyday tasks without worrying about pain.
