As a former GNC employee and store manager, I intentionally choose to shop at the GNC in Ooltewah, Tennessee. This is due to the impeccable professionalism of R.C Leamon, the store manager who trained me with an incredible base of knowledge, and Mike Shadwick who always provides and amazing and wonderful customer service experience!!

The staff at the Ooltewah GNC was quite helpful. An item I needed, and used to buy regularly, was out of stock (actually it had been removed due to lack of shelf space), but they were able to order it from "the warehouse." I appreciated him going out of his way to make the sale and keep the customer happy, but the end result was disappointing. "The warehouse" was in South Dakota. It took four days for the warehouse to prep a bottle of Flax Seed Oil for shipment, and another four days for that package to travel the 1,000 miles to Ooltewah. I could have ordered it online from the GNC website and gotten it in three days!!! So, all-in-all, I rate the STORE 5 stars, but the WAREHOUSE 2 stars.....for a rounded-up average of 4 stars.
