The people that work there are very accommodating and easy to work with. I purchased this all leather, all power recliner and I really like it. I did have a little issue with it but the people at Marty Rae's were more than accommodating and solved the issue immediately. I really received some personal attention from Trae and we pretty much assessed and evaluated all the recliners that they had in the store before I made a decision. I highly recommend Marty Rae's. 👍

Dale is wonderful! She is more than a knowledgeable sales person. She takes time to know your style and home decor and gives you honest and helpful advice on how to make the best purchase choices. If I could give Marty Rae's 10 stars 🌟 🌟 I would!! They are Absolutely phenomenal. From the friendly staff to the high quality of furniture you couldn't ask for a Better Furniture store. We purchased a trundle bed two years ago and recently had an issue moving it out of our bedroom, and Marty Rae's came to our house and helped! You are NOT going to get Customer Service like that anywhere. We also just purchased a new TV stand and didn't want glass in the doors, and they removed for us. Again, the level of Support and Care is like No one else. I will continue to buy from Marty Rae's of Lexington. Thanks for ALL you do.

We've been customers of Marty Rae's in Lexington for many years. Most recently we needed to furnish a living room, two bedrooms, foyer and hallway. Dale Maxwell came all the way out to the house to help us measure various spaces and to get a feel for the house and what we wanted. She met with us back at the store and was prepared with suggestions and ideas. She helped to make the experience stress-free and simple. I moved from Potomac, MD to Blythewood, SC 16 years ago and met Dale Maxwell while looking for home furnishings at Marty Rae’s. I liked her from the very beginning because of her warm personality and had her come to my house to do an assessment of what I needed to have a beautiful home. She was thorough, relaxed, friendly and professional in her review of my home. What I liked most about Dale was that she made suggestions for my consideration and involved me in the process.
I ended up buying everything that Dale suggested, including magnificent furniture, chandeliers, lamps, marble etagere, coffee table and handmade floral arrangements, and I have not changed or moved around one thing since she planned it. My family and other visitors marvel at the beauty of it all.
Since then, I introduced Dale to a relative, Larry Brown, ex-NFL great running back with the former Washington Redskins, for a home consultation. She did a super outstanding job in re-decorating his home just as she did for me. Most recently, my son Kevin engaged Dale for home furnishings and, as usual, she did an outstanding job. So, it’s now a family affair, for we don’t make a move without consulting Dale Maxwell!!
