Rainey Dental Office

I had a fantastic experience from the front desk, to the dental assistant, to Dr. Rainey. Everyone was so nice, and my mouth did not hurt afterwards like it has from other places (from aggressive cleaning). Would definitely recommend!

Terrible office! It’s a sad occasion when people who obtain degrees to work in the field of helps do everything they can not to help. I was only going to register as a new patient and set up an appointment to be seen. I walked up to the door, it was locked. There were no signs to call any numbers or anything and no one came to the door so I had to google the number and let someone know I was trying to enter. The lady was very short and dismissive with me. She asked questions only to tell me they don’t take my insurance and it would be best if I look up somewhere that was in network when, in fact, my insurance had already selected the office. Then she changed to their office wasn’t accepting new patients. I stood outside in the cold for 5 minutes on the phone going back and forth with her before finally hanging up and walking away.
