Hampton Inn & Suites Jackson

This was our 1st trip to Jackson but hopefully not our last. Our stay at Hampton/Hilton was memorable and a good reminder about attitude. I believe the front desk attendant's name was Clarrisa and her attitude was GREAT! She was kind and helpful to her teammate who was overwhelmed in the breakfast area. Unfortunately, the breakfast area attendant's attitude wasn't great and she missed out. I was later told she quit.

The attitude reminder I got, was don't let a bad attitude rob you of the blessings and kindness right in front of you.

Thankful to Hampton for providing a great place for our soccer team to stay together.

Jasmine greeted us at the desk. We asked for a place to eat & her suggestion of Crown Winery was on point. Just what we needed after a long drive. Hotel was clean & quiet. Water was hot for a good shower. Food was a little over salted @ breakfast. Saw a family of deer out by the parking lot.

Stayed for one night while driving through. Room was nice, location felt safe and convenient. Breakfast pretty good for hotel fare, included potatoes. Would stay again.

This is my favorite place to stay whenever I am in Jackson Tennessee. Tell the cook no more dried up ham foe breakfast fresh ham only

We love staying at Hamptons. Always clean, great service, good breakfast. Curiously, this hotel had biscuits without gravy, and did not have bagels or English muffins at breakfast. The selection was otherwise very good. There was an issue with the window shade (wouldn't open), but that didn't bother us, so we asked them not to fix it.

Came here for my Aunt's funeral. However, just wanted to give a shout out to Sabrina (I hope this is her name she really went above and beyond to help my Dad and I) and a shout to Heather and George! Keep up the magnificent work you 3 do! AND to the nice sweet lady in the kitchen I can't forget her kindness either!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Great experience! The front desk clerk, Jasmine, was so helpful and friendly. Great attitude! Another worker, a man, helped my family by pointing out an easy area to park with our U-haul trailers. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice! Various coffees and hot tea options to choose from, steam trays of eggs, ham, potatoes. Waffle bar, pastries, yogurt, toast. Accomodating hotel for dog owners too. Was a $75 pet fee, fyi. No weight limit. Mowed field next door great for walking dogs. Easy access right off I-40. Gas station nearby. Supposedly construction was occurring but nothing I could see. Very quiet location. Zero complaints!

It was Halloween night and we were traveling with our grandson who we promised to take trick-or-treating. He had given up trick-or-treating with his friends to go cross country with us (my daughter and son-in-law are moving their family across the country). I looked online and found everything already done the week before. In desperation, I called the hotel to see if they were doing anything Halloweenish for guests. The answer was no but Jasmine at the front desk told me she'd look around and find something. When we got there, she had a list of places to go with our grandson to trick or treat. He got to don his costume and ended up with a bagful of candy and was a happy boy. Above and beyond!

I had an adult bed bug in my bed and was bitten twice. The front desk clerk was friendly and moved me immediately. I did not hear back from the GM until 2 days for her to tell me I had a beetle in my bed not a bed bug and they checked room and it was ok. No offer to give me points or any consolations but told me I was incorrect with my analysis of the bug which was an adult bed bug.

Her issue was protecting her property’s positive reviews versus customer concern. I advised my team I was driving to never stay there again.

First and foremost. Jasmine at the front desk is so sweet and kind and out of her way helpful. She is with+out a doubt the best.
The room not a traditional lay+out.
It is quite comfortable.

Staff very friendly, helpful in resolving any issues that may arise or just to chat about the area. Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean, well kept. I'd highly recommend.

I love when I stay at Hampton Inn, knowing that I am in good hands. Ms. Essence and Ms. Tasha, take very good care of my family and I. They are a joy and absolute delight to have the pleasure of knowing. If you're looking for a nice environment to rest in, I highly suggest giving my favorite ladies a chance to assist you in getting checked in.

The front desk lady was so kind and gave us a tour of the facilities and allowed us to look at a room. It was very quiet, the rooms were spotless clean and the staff were very accommodating, kind & professional.

Our stay here at the Hampton Inn and Suites was one of our best stays ever! The front desk staff Amy and Gabby were the best!! From the moment we walked in we felt at home. Amy and Gabby were the best staff I have ever met. They were very polite, professional and helpful when I asked about information of the local weather and such. Their hot breakfast is filling as well. From scrambled eggs to sausage links to breakfast potatoes, you cant go wrong. If you left hungry, it's your fault. The king size bed in our room was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in also. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn and Suites for your next stay!!

Can always count on Hampton Inn for a restful stay. Gabby was great quickly checking us in with no reservations.

Hilton Diamond member here taking a road trip. Great hotel! Complimentary breakfast and free coffee available made my family’s stay extremely pleasant. This hotel out rules Marriott who I stayed a lot with. Hilton is easily becoming my favorite. I highly recommend for families traveling across on road trips.

We made the hotel reservation while on the road (literally) using the Hilton Honors app. If you do not have this app, we highly recommend getting it. We made the reservation about an hour or two before arriving at the hotel. And the app made check in really easy.

The room was very clean. There was a lot of space to relax. It was everything we needed and more.

Clean rooms and a very kind and helpful front desk. Not much more you could ask for.

My husband and I had to make an unexpected trip to Jackson Tennesse because his sister had a stroke. Last weekend he came alone and Essence at the front desk was so kind to him during this difficult time. I came back with him and we are just waiting for her final breath. Our room was comfortable and clean - I count on that. What made the trip bearable was Essence kindness and helpfulness. Thank you!

The front desk clerk that was working on 4/3/2022 was very helpful in getting my mom a discount on the room after speaking with the manager my mother was needing a place to unwind after spending the weekend in the hospital caring for my stepdad. The room was nice and my mom enjoyed the buffet!😉 she stated the oats were the best she’s had in a long time. Best nights sleep she’s have probably ever she loved the blankets, pillows, and the bed! She is staying a week or so this made her so happy to feel safe and comfortable. Thank you to everyone that has helped her with her stay so far. #allthewayfromParisTn Thank you!!
