I suffer from terrible TMJ on my right side and couldn't open my mouth comfortably to brush my teeth or eat without pain for 3 weeks. I was referred to Dr. Culley by my dentist and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Cully took very good care of me, him and his daughter made me feel comfortable through the whole experience. They are wonderful at what they do and have a very friendly staff. I love that I got to work with them to resolve my issue and get me back to feeling comfortable again. I can't thank them enough!

Lance Culley is an exceptional health care provider. He provided me with two dental implants on my upper front teeth, and I continue to be extraordinarily satisfied with and thankful for the work. As a teenager, I was involved in a car accident that caused the loss of my two front teeth. My dentist at the time being extremely conservative chose to remedy the loss with a partial plate (dentures). After years of effort managing hygiene, upkeep, not to mention the questionable aesthetics, I chose to pursue permanent replacement for the teeth with dental implants. Dr. Culley’s services were easy to schedule. The office personnel were kind and exemplary themselves in serving. The procedure was scheduled quickly and went very smoothly. I had minimal pain post-op. The recovery was very easy. When my dentist fitted me for the posts and crowns, he commented at the impeccable workmanship of the implants. They were stable and worry free. That was nineteen years ago. My career has taken me to live in four different states since then, and I have been fortunate to have excellent dentists in each. ALL of them comment at the exceptional quality of my implants. Each visit, their assessment of the implants describe them as “perfect”. The implants continue to perform at the highest possible level all these years later. While I am fastidious in my daily dental hygiene and care, I rightly attribute much of this performance to the work of Dr. Culley. My case was difficult due to the time elapsed since the injury and changes to the physical structure of my gumline. Dr. Culley’s treatment addressed these issues. Many people have remarked that they would never have known that my front teeth were implants if I had not told them. Even my newest dentist, whom I knew personally before becoming their patient, stated he had “no idea and would have never guessed” that I had implants until he saw my x-ray. Dr. Culley adheres to the highest professional and personal ethics. He is kind and generous. I recommend him with the highest regards.

I use to work for a dental office in my hometown. I called Dr. Culley's office from time to time about patients and with questions. The best office I dealt with by a landslide. Everyone was always so nice and happy to help. Dr. Culley, his lovely family, and all staff provide good hearted values combined with top notch professionalism.

Dr. Culley did gum surgery on me, first the left side and then the right. It was almost painless, and he checked on me several times following the surgery. Dr. Culley and his staff are very professional and friendly. They make you feel very comfortable. I've known Dr Culley for over 20 years. I have never had a bad experience with the care he provides. I highly recommend him as both a professional and care giver.

My school days were not all that great for me but there are a few people who stood out to me as genuinely good people and I can remember their names (whole name surprisingly) still today. Lance Culley and is who my dentist referred me to for my dental surgery. Small world. I want to thank him and is sweetheart wife Karla for how comfortable they have made me feel so far and how they have made me not dread the remaining procedures I have left to do.
