We have had very positive experiences with Dr. Nash and his competent and friendly staff. We drive 2 hours away to be seen by him, passing many other dentists. He is gentle and thorough. I don't use any anesthetics, so it is important to me to have a gentle dentist. We have both been pleased with his work.

Dr. Nash was thorough and kind. His assistant cleaned my teeth very well! Will be back for my 6mo.

Back story:
Went to Atl to have deep cleaning done, was quoted $350 with MetLife insurance. NEVER WENT BACK. Fast forward, moved back to Jackson, TN, visited this office after being rescheduled 4 times at Aspen Dental. First sight at Southern Family, clean and calm!

They took my info pretty fast. Not to mention I got a call back to schedule me earlier than the original appointment so 5⭐’s just for that!

The assistant took my scans and noticed that I did indeed need a deep cleaning. They ran it through Cigna HMO and priced me significantly lower than my previous visit in ATL.

She was thorough in her explanation and completed the work fairly fast. Dr. Nash came in verified that the work his assistant did was good. He checked for cavities, etc. all the normal stuff. I was out of the office within 1hr 30min.

No complaints at this time.

After I called and even went to my REGULAR dentist with excruciating pain and was put off , I decided to call Dr Nash per my sisters recommendation and I am so very glad I did!!! His entire office treated me amazing and even performed a much needed root canal that day. Needless to say .... I have a new ddentist!. I cannot thank him enough!

I found myself in a weird spot with my front tooth veneer deciding to pop off midday on Saturday before Father’s Day. No one was opened and most were out of town or away with family. I called Dr. Nash and he was, like others, out of town. Then I get a call Saturday night that he came back early bc he didn’t want to leave me without a front tooth. He was literally in town for like 10 minutes when he saw me. He fixed my tooth and even set me up to prevent this from happening again. My kids and I have had fairly extensive dental work over the years and admittedly we’re a little cautious of dentists but my kids love seeing Dr. Nash and his great crew and after him going to great lengths to help me, I will only be going to Southern Family Dental! They are super knowledgeable, super friendly, and very fairly priced. Seriously great experience.

Dr. Nathan Nash help to give my life back by making me smile from ear to ear,(something I've never done). A full mouth implant allowed me to have (the first time-I glowing open beam of perfect teeth)! I smiled and cried happy tears at the same time! Jo H

Don't know much about this dentist. Must be new to town

Under no circumstances would I recomind!!

1. They removed a perfectly good crown
2. They claimed I had an issue with another tooth. A Rupture!! Anyone who has suffered needlessly over a rupture would know! And this was most certainly not!
3. Leaving me with two gaping holes while in the throws of agnst, throbbing pain, not so much as an antibiotic, nothing!! My face was bruised, unable to speak. It is impossible to serve custustomers in this condition, unable to function on the job pain, shame, and embarrassment! I was sent to the local quick care for steroid injection! Just to cope. On the job..

I was crystal clear, forthright with my intentions. That their professionalism was to be documented as a second opinion!! To which they agreed. That changed as soon as their payment was received!

And to have two partials made..
To which they repeatedly claimed, if the need should ever arise. They would adjust them as a part of their services.

Making it crystal clear, I have an acute negative vitamin D deficiency for which I need prescription medications!! And had shown not only the staff of Dr. Nash, he, too, was made well aware of it.

Dr. Nash was also aware that my neurosurgeon made it perfectly clear! That extractions would collapse my face, causing deformity in time, leaving to a series of bone grafts. I made it crystal clear. I didn't want any further teeth removed!! I guess Making the partial wasn't enough of a financial padding throw in two extractions!

I stated my physical conditions verbally and written. To both Dr. Nash and his staff, which recently refused to release to me, my personal documents, some of which were conveintly omitted. Rather than receiving a crystal clear image via a thumb drive. His secretary rudly handed me only a few blurry photo copies, with omissions of my statements, regarding the original reason for there services to confirm, prior damage!!and a new set of partials, to which I have witnesses. Due to my frail condition. And Statement of Serious allergic reactions to anesthetics!

Dr Nash was beyond rude , condensending. Never once did he approach me by name. A woman of my age being referred to as simply she and her!! Speaking over me as though I were an invisible speck on the wall!!
As a grown adged adult, a woman whom has recently lost her husband. Never have I ever been so disrespected, disregarded, treated as an addled incompetent non-existent person. Why? Because I'm new to this town!! How shameful!

The traumatic recollection of His assistant. How after the extractions, the excruciating pain, and the reactions to the anesthetics unable to stand. Turning her back on me !! Having left me in their chair, unable to walk, while she turned her back, walking away. I needed to be carried out!! By a friend of mine.

They never readjusted my partials, as per their promise, of agreement.. Having
Ripped from my skull a perfectly new crown and healthy tooth. Having two shards of bone, he claims are ulcers I created.. It's really funny how those shards are from the teeth he extracted!

Just to make a buck.

His secretary is very rude as well.
Southern hospitality. For a Jewish widow, I suppose!!

Didn't even bother to re adjust
As slated , before 2 witnesses!!

Now I can't eat, having no back teeth!!
I'm playing Russian roulette with my life, and several times in public restaurants gasping for breath!!

As the bridge lodged between chewing food drops closing off my airways!!

Go elsewhere!!
