I had an easy time getting my storage unit, it was a quick process and very straight forward! Very fair pricing and kind staff, definitely feel safe and secure storing all my things here!

Patrick is amazing! He went out of his way to accommodate every request we made even to the point of staying after hours to help us get into the building properly. Extra space storage is very privileged to have an employee like Patrick.

First time renter here and this whole process was super easy and Patrick couldn't have been more helpful!
I was nervous about renting a 3rd floor (10x10) unit but they have about 10 carts plus two large elevators so unloading and getting out stuff to our unit couldn't have been easier.
Your individual code is used for entry into the building and elevators so I liked that attention to detail. The facility is very well-kept and clean.

New to G'ville and researched storage options. Public storage is the cheapest but terrible reviews. Lifestorage good reviews but most expensive. Extra Space in between in price and outstanding reviews. Building is new, nice layout, and easy access. Patrick was there and immediately responsive as noted in several reviews.

Extra Space goes above and beyond with their customer service! The facility is clean and secure with flexible hours. I highly recommend seeing Patrick if you have storage needs!
