Jackson Smiles Family Dentistry

I have been going to Jackson Smiles for over ten years now. I have had nothing but exceptional work done on my teeth. Dr. Patel does a great job though sometimes I wish he would explain things a little better, I truly have to say 5 stars , 💯 % review. The hygienists & receptionists are gre great too. I’m always telling people to go to see my dentist.

I have been going to Jackson Smiles since they started. Dr. Patel and his staff are top notch. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They are also very good about getting you in at your appointment time.

I knew I had to have all my top teeth pulled and I put it off for A LONG time because of all the bad experiences I’d had w/extractions at other dentists offices. I finally decided to do it and Jackson Smiles was AMAZING! It only took Dr. Patel about a minute to pull a tooth and it was painless and SO much easier than all the other places I’d been to! Dr. Patel is a VERY talented dentist! I had 14 teeth pulled and he pulled 4….then 4 more and then the last 6 and it was SO MUCH EASIER than I had ever expected. There was little to no pain and his staff was amazing answering questions and making me feel at ease. If you need work done….and you want the best….then go here. I look like a new man today thanks to the great work they did at Jackson Smiles and I couldn’t be happier. Idk the names of his dental assistants but they were great! I couldn’t be happier with my new teeth!

The staff are welcoming and friendly! They made me conformable and took care of all of my need!

Recently, I brought my four year old daughter to Jackson Smiles for a routine checkup. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. The dental assistant was extremely kind and patient with my little girl, as was Dr. Patel himself. I couldn’t have been happier with the treatment she received there. As a father, I thank you.

I've always had a great experience here. I've had the same dental hygienist for both of my cleanings and she's great! Always friendly, but also to the point and not overly talkative which I like. She always does a very thorough job while keeping me comfortable. I also appreciated her attention in finding that my bottom teeth were loose, and bringing Dr. Patel in to check them out. He's always efficient and informative and explains things well. Tina and Polly always make the insurance and check out process easy and are always so nice to me when I come in :) My whole family goes to Jackson Smiles and wouldn't go anywhere else!

I’ve been going to Jackson Smiles for a few years now. My teeth are not in the best condition, but they never make me feel unpleasant. Sarah is always gentle when she cleans my teeth. I never cringe at the thought of having to go to my appointments. A couple of years ago, I had an intense toothache. Dr. Patel got me right in and took good care of me. The receptionists are always nice. They make me feel like part of their dentist family. I definitely recommend this Dentist.

I traveled from Texas to get my dream smile. I've seen 3 dentist and had 1 failed implant and 1 horrible looking bridge so I'm very qualified to leave this review. Dr.Patel was able to correct mistakes that weren't his and he delivered providing me with my dream smile. The office is very modern and up to date with technology providing a confidence that the job will get done. The music Playlist is awesome to hear while getting work done. The staff is kind and wonderful at assisting through your dental journey. If you want a dream smile go here!

Dr. Patel and his staff have cured my dental anxiety! I went in for a root canal (after putting it off for 6 years) and never felt an ounce of pain during or after the procedure. They’re always fast and professional. I’d recommend them to anyone!

I have a great experience every time i make a visit to see Dr. Patel. Every one of the ladies are friendly, professional and welcoming upon arrival. Explaining everything that is going to happen, what he and my expectations are with my care. There are no surprises when I’m checking out. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Brandi was awesome and did a very thorough job. Dr. Patel was super nice and did a fantastic job of explaining what I needed, the expected procedures to accomplish our goals and why we needed to go into a particular direction. And Polly was fabulous in her efforts to make sure my insurance covered the maximum and keep my out-of-pocket to an extreme low. And I love the new massaging chairs! Dr Patel and staff were nice, welcoming and professional! I got a next day appointment but same day was available. They answered all my questions, made a plan of care along with me and respected my decision of what to do! I had to have a tooth extracted and I tell you it was almost painless! I am a new patient and was very pleased with Jackson Smiles. Dr. Patel is very nice and thoroughly explains the plan for your dental care. All of the other staff was super nice and I felt very comfortable with the safety measures in place to protect from covid. I got the best teeth cleaning I have ever had as well. Highly recommend!!

I had a lot of work needed done. My teeth had NEVER been seen prior to come to Dr.Patel. The team at Jackson Smiles has always been so warm and welcoming. Dr.Patel has given me a second chance with my teeth. Every procedure we have done had 100% pain and even the recovery time didn’t hurt. He always does his best to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied. They do their best on payments as well! Great family Dentist. All personnel are friendly and very attentive. I've been a patient for over 3yrs and have had a great experience. Highly organized and efficient staff have always ensured that there is minimal time spent in the waiting room. Dr. Patel is awesome and is always willing to spend time discussing and answering all of my questions. The office and patient rooms are clean and have new equipment. Highly recommend this practice!

They worked me in early as an emergency with what I thought was a serious problem. Everyone in the office was helpful and kind. I was seen more quickly than expected. Dr. Patel was great, but my dental problem was more serious than I thought. Right away they came up with a treatment plan and a budget that helped me feel a lot better about everything. I found my new family dentistry office.

The staff is absolutely OUTSTANDING! I have met with many different employees there and its been great with each of them. Dr. Patel is thorough with you and does not do more than what is necessary.
