My 6 year old had a dental emergency and they got her right in same day. Not only that, it is very rare to experience positivity from the moment you walk in until you make it to the back with the doctors. I am so pleased with our whole experience today that I am booking myself an appointment. My 6 year old was not scared and was such a big girl and I truly believe it is because of how she was treated as soon as we walked in. Thank yall so much!

This office has taken care of my family of 4 since we moved to town 7 years ago. They have always been very kind and made us all feel comfortable. I love that my kids don’t mind going. And even though I may dread going to the dentist, I always leave thinking that was not bad at all! Their friendliness makes it a pleasant experience. I never remember having a long wait in the office. And I love how they send me reminders!

My experience with Dr Miller and his staff has been absolutely wonderful. Extremely professional and courteous. Dr. Miller has the same patient gentle mannerism regardless of how difficult or long the procedure takes. I highly recommend Dr. Miller !!!!

UPDATE: I forgot to add this after I got the bill, but this office did not like what insurance paid them for a routine cleaning and x-rays for a first-time visit, so they billed us for it. Beware! Your twice-yearly cleanings that should be free via insurance may not be free here!

When our regular Dentist's office closed, I had to find a new Dentist for our family. This was a shot in the dark but we got lucky! Our visit was quick and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The office was clean and modern and our hygienist and Doctor were knowledgable and thorough. We had a very pleasant experience, which is what you'd want at the Dentist's. We'll be staying!

BEWARE!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Dr. Miller saw my daughter who has never had a cavity in her life and told her she needed a root canal. We let him do the procedure and he failed. He stilled charged us for the root canal and recommended we go to an endodontist to have his work fixed. Whether she needed the procedure or not in the first place, we may never know since the damage is already done. All of which is just costing us more money.

He performed the same procedure on my wife last year and her crown has already been replaced because it was improperly fit and not secured.

At the same time he was seeing our daughter, he saw our son. He told our son that he would need two root canals. We decide to get another opinion. Today, the new dentist informed us that the teeth in question were very much alive and only needed a small filling. 30 minutes later and a heck of a lot of money saved, the teeth are fixed.

Please do not let this office perform any procedures on you or your family without getting a second opinion!!!!

Office staff very disorganized and unprofessional. Took me weeks to get in for a cleaning, not a problem of course. But then they started sending me messages that kept moving my time later in the morning. Then they call me the day before to move it another 45 minutes later. I said I couldn’t and then they say no problem come in. After waiting 25 minutes I complain and they tell me they called my phone and tried to move my time ten minutes earlier and since I didn’t answer they figured I wasn’t coming in? This is how they treat customers that have been going there for years. Very disappointing.

Maybe the most awful experience I ever had at a dentist was with the staff at this office. What a displeasure and disgrace. While working on my tooth the doctor was completely distracted and bombarded with questions about other patients. The numbing hadn't set it properly yet and because they were so distracted I was uncomfortable to ask for additional numbing. It was incredibly painful for me to get the filling and the intense pain lasted over 6 weeks. My filling is not properly constructed and actually into the next tooth. It still hurts often to chew many foods on that tooth- way worse than when i had the cavity in the first place!

Later when I called the number on my extra bill about MORE money that I apparently had to pay from insurance, the secretary was ABHORRENTLY rude and maintained a degrading tone while assisting me with my questions as if I was a waste of her time. I actually had to ask her to stop interrupting me so I could complete a full statement before she jumped in. She was rather hateful over the phone- absolutely NO proper phone etiquette. Not to mention that I was returned a phone call nearly a week after I left a voicemail.

Go here if you have to but i recommend literally any other dentist office. They're not professional here and they don't go over the charges with you before you get work done. There's literally no explanation of what they are going to be doing they just do it and expect payment.

Dr. Miller was friendly. The staff was far from it. I have never been spoken to with such condescension, been treated so rudely, or come out of a cleaning in such pain. The hygienist was genuinely rude, condescending, and had no qualms with stabbing or unnecessary roughness.

I've always been told I was a great dental patient, and I understand that sometimes a cleaning can get uncomfortable, maybe a bit of pain here and there, but I've never come out of a cleaning with a sore mouth, and I've never been spoken to like that by anyone, ever. I won't be back.
