La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jackson

I've been here for about a month moved from Texas and the people are friendly all you have to do is take the time to get to know people. They have helped me out with a lot of things and places to go. They do accept pets there is a pet fee per pet per night it's not shown on the website to be advised. It's in a great location close to the major stores restaurants and major highway. The breakfast is small waffles cereal coffee with some great creamer finally. There isn't a laundry room and exercise room but there are a lot very close to area. The rooms do fill fast so always try to book in advance.

This was the best stay at a hotel on our trip yet! Farrah at the front desk was the sweetest and had such a great attitude. Helped us check in and helped us find a place to have dinner. The next morning the housekeeping ladies were all smiles and also in great moods. Super comfy bed and the room was incredibly clean. My only complaint would be I wish there was an ice machine on the first floor. It wasn't a big deal to take the elevator up one floor. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was above and beyond helpful and kind. It's not a fancy hotel by any means, but if you need a cheaper place to stay for a night or two I highly recommend this hotel. They do allow pets so I was a little concerned about the cleanliness at first, but our room was wonderful with no sign of odor. That being said, the stairs are need of a good clean.

Very clean room. Very nice staff. All the ugly reviewers need to find something else to complain about. If you want newer carpet, stay home! Beds were very comfortable and Clean. Being an “older” building, the sound did not travel roomtoroom. I Never heard a door clanging outside ANY time. Great place to stay! And prices better than anywhere around.

This hotel has a warm character I attribute to its age. It is very clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. Our service dog stays free, as well as all other dogs!!! TV choices are great, location is great, price is great, room is great, other guests are friendly. I will stay here again on trips to Jackson!!!!

i stayed for only one night, but the room was very clean. Hotel staff was very friendly as well. Complimentary breakfast was offered. they're also dog friendly for a $20 per night fee. The maximum weight is 50 pounds and only dogs are allowed. I enjoyed my stay as did my pup.

Thank you la quinta Jackson! We got a much much needed rest after the longest day. It was a comfort knowing the area was safe, the rooms were clean and the mini fridge and microwave was awesomly unexpected blessing. And we were able to have the dogs with us at a great deal! You gave us the much needed boost to continue our journey! From the check in to the check out .. again Thank You

Traveled 8,500 miles around the US so far, and Kristina has been the best receptionist of all the hotels I have been at. The bathroom is on the smaller side with less lighting than what I am used to (single bulb) however is very clean and it functions as expected without flaw. The room is clean and the beds are comfy. Double bed that has a mini fridge and microwave.
As stated in other reviews this hotel is not new, but it is well maintained and recommended. We are traveling with 3 pets and all were happily welcomed. All rooms are non smoking and no smoke odor within the facility. This was more enjoyable than a previous brand new LQ that I have stayed at. Alarm clock made some awkward noises and there are no USB plugs for charging, however there are adequade outlets. Kristina was able to correct our LQ rewards issue, recommended local eateries, and has excellent communication/people skills. Employees like her and the over night receptionist make this normal hotel to be exceptional. The prices were lower than others in the area in which accomodate pets. There are also easily accessible vending machines, a lobby computer and printer, free fresh fruit, free coffee/hot chocolate (and they taste good too) at any time and the parking lot is well lit. Traffic noise is not herd from within the hotel room and the window drapes adequately block exterior lighting. There is a very large yard in front which is great for pets. Checkout is noon.
Minor things I think could be looked into are: *The parking lot enterence to the facility from the main road could be improved with either lighting or signs for dark rainy nights. Please note that there is construction near the facility so this may be temporary. *An ice machine on the ground floor would be convenient for guests on the ground floor.

Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for pet owners and even non pet owners for one night or several. The prices are decent, the staff is great, rooms are dark and quiet and I doubt anyone would have a bad experience here.

Night staff were very professional and helpful, even asked about my day. Not everyone does that. Room was good. Plenty of parking. If the parking lot had a little more lighting it would be better, in my opinion. Everything worked like it was supposed to.

We stayed at the La Quinta in Jackson for a night on a road trip. The rooms were large and clean. The staff was courteous and professional. We were happy to see a hot breakfast item (biscuits and gravy) along with waffles and standard continental breakfast fare.

Great! The staff, the room ... overall service was great. I book a lot of rooms because of business travel and this location is one of my choice locations because of the exceptional staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to clients, family & friends traveling through Jackson!

Our gal checked us in and was back by 7 am very sweet and friendly I think laquinta was her name. Very much and asset to the company.

The lady working the front desk was great. We had a reservation mixup with someone in the call center. The woman who greeted us was able to find a room despite the computer saying nothing was available.

Yep. Would stay here again, but after I-40 construction is complete. A maze getting in and out. Hotel staff and breakfast is great. Room was clean and bedding was very nice. Recommended.

The 5 stars is for staff. They were excellent. The hotel is a little run down, but it was clean. Our room was immaculate. Staff was friendly and very responsive.

They had a wonderful breakfast, and the room was nice and clean the only issue was the bathroom vent was dirty and it needs to be clean otherwise it was wonderful definitely placed at a perfect place everything said I needed was very close.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Upgraded us to a larger room with more features for free since we were tired from traveling. Room was clean and cozy.

The Best La Quinta we have ever stayed at. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. My oldest daughter had an incident and the staff helped us find medical help for her and asked after her .

Was a little concerned when I first got there bc this location is older. However the staff was very friendly and our room was extremely clean. Very pleased with our stay.

Standard rooms. Outside is dated, but the interior is nice. Convenient location right off of I-40. They upgraded me for free. Would stay again.
