Holiday Inn Express & Suites Jackson Northeast, an IHG Hotel

If you want the best hotel breakfast you can get, come to this hotel! Everything was fresh and delicious with a huge variety of options- fresh baked cinnamon rolls, oatmeal with fresh topping options, eggs, biscuits and gravy, and so much more. Super friendly staff. Hotel is right off the highway. Great location. Very nice swimming pool! The rooms were clean and pleasant. Would definitely come back here!

Clean rooms and friendly service. Hotel is right off the interstate with plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Stayed here one night traveling from San Antonio, TX en route to Cleveland, OH. A tad expensive; but had a very nice room. Clean and quiet.

The breakfast buffet at Holiday Inn Express' are the best in the business. Can't go wrong staying here. Thank you.

Our room was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

The rooms were absolutely divine! The breakfast servers were so kind and at the end of breakfast, the ladies told us to take whatever we wanted because they'd have to throw it away as soon as they closed. They had just refilled the bacon and eggs and the biscuits. We took the leftovers to the bus stop where there are squatters and homeless people. It would have been such a waste to throw that away.

Room was clean. We moved the couch out to see about having our kids sleep in a different place and there were a couple of gum wrappers behind the couch. No big deal, it was heavy so I wouldn't think it would be pulled out after each guest. The coffee was good, the breakfast was phenominal.

Updated/ modern looking, spacious & very clean rooms. Beds & pillows are comfortable, bathroom a/o showers are a good size as well. My only complaint is not having an onscreen TV guide!
I'd stay here again. I would also recommend anyone needing a nice clean room to stay here as well.

Room was very nice. We would have liked the sign about scheduling to be by check-in not where you drop key at checkout. Hand towel had soured from previous usage leaving the bathroom with that smell. Between the 3 rooms we had none had the same combination of towels, coffee and tea.

The staff were awesome and the rooms were comfortable...as usual! We had a concern about the breakfast because we eat Kosher and my wife is lactose-intolerant. There was al.ost nothing my wife could eat except toast with jelly. Since we were coming back through the area 4 days later, the manager said she would make sure to have something we could all eat, including turkey sausage. These people are awesome!

It’s the best breakfast of any holiday inn express. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are good dinner options nearby. Just off the interstate.

I've stayed here several times, nice clean property, very friendly staff, go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Easy on and off i40 and a generous hot breakfast. Enjoy!

Our favorite hotel in Jackson. Close to restaurants and the ball fields! Room is always cold and clean. Great front desk workers and great breakfast.

First time to stay here! Loved it. Good breakfast with plenty of selections. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Convenient to so many different things.

I am always slow on getting the reviews out but stayed approximately a month ago. The staff was great and the room was clean. Everything seemed updated and especially loved the window coverings. Nade it pitch black in the middle of the day.

The staff was great. Our room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. There was a wonderful selection to choose from at breakfast time and the workers were friendly and helpful. There are numerous charging ports throughout the room.

TENESSA WAS AWESOME AT THE FRONT DESK! She made my husband and I feel welcome the moment we walked through the door and even made us laugh a little which was needed for us. Our room was AMAZING. Our bed and pillows were very very comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great! The breakfast was ok but the young lady that was working in that area was really sweet and polite!
