Griffin and the Peters Autosports team are simply amazing. Griffin was able to get me into my dream truck (Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro) with zero hassle. I drove from Katy to Tyler (4hr drive) and would do it all over again. Zero pressure, awesome deal, and all around great guys! Peters Autosports of Tyler did a wonderful job putting me into my new 2022 Toyota Tundra 4x4 1794 Edition. Gorgeous truck, great experience. I'm very reserved when going to dealerships and am not a fan of the entire vehicle shopping experience... or shopping in general for that matter. However, I knew what I wanted and they had it. My sales associate, Griffin, was prompt to follow up with me, and answer all questions to the best of his ability, and if he didn't know the answer he would find it for us. He worked diligently to get me the best deal he could while Peters and himself still make profit. Business is business and they did an excellent job of it. When it came time to finance, I was provided options through top rated lenders (along with many others to choose from). Chris, the site manager and finance lead, was exceptionally patient and took his time explaining, in granular detail, each aspect of the process and walked me through the paperwork with minimal rework. The overall experience I've had here was excellent and I would highly recommend them.

I've had my new truck less than 24 hours, and other than having self-inflicted debt... I'm pumped about the purchase!!

We had an amazing experience picking out our new to us vehicle. I was contacted by Kayla who listened to me and made some inquiries for us to insure we would have a great experience. When she was not able to meet us on the best time for us, she put us with George Lewis who drove to the Longview Location to meet us. He called me to morning of our afternoon appointment and asked what vehicles we were interested in. They were all pulled together in one spot for ease of test driving. After we picked our top choice, he made the approval process easy peasy. Floyd did our paperwork. He did not try to update us on anything. He has the process down to a science and we were done signing in no time. I definitely recommend this dealership.

Great experienced my salesman was Perry I called Saturday time they open and a Buick Envista and Perry got me what I wanted. My car broke down 10 mins away from the car lot he came and picked myself and mother up and took us all the way to Longview where my my Envista was waiting on me. Everything that could go wrong that day did but Perry and chuck was so helpful even when I was getting frustrated their Pleasant attitude made it better.

Because of a previous bad experience at another dealership, I honestly was not expecting to walk away with a car, but Kayla was extremely helpful and kind and put me in the exact car that I was wanting. She never tried to talk to me into something else. I put my deposit down and only had to wait a month for my car to come in. I cannot thank Kayla and Chris enough for this car buying experience. In the beginning is a little frustrating to have to order a truck and wait 7 months to receive it, however, Peters made the car buying experience worth the wait. Our sales professional, Kayla was very helpful and kept us to date the whole way while we were waiting on our new Suburban to arrive. I would recommend these guys if your wanting a new vehicle.

It was a great experience working with Perry and Chris on the purchase of a RAM POWER WAGON, as a pre-owned vehicle you can expect some minor things here and there that most dealerships might not want to deal with however, Perry and his team informed us that those issues were going to be fixed in a timely manner.We are hoping everything will be completed as mentioned and if does we will be coming back soon for another awesome vehicle.
