This is the best compassionate place and people that I have ever meet in my life.. I have been to every dealership in Tyler and turned away. Jodi took her time and was honest and kind to me..Ms Brenda that did Financing was amazing that brought all important finance to my attention and was beyond amazing.. I’m truly thankful that these amazing people put me back in my dream car.

I have bought a few cars from Sandlot Auto and Jodi and the whole team there are amazing. They made the car buying experience so simple and easy. They are friendly and funny. The vehicles there are great quality at very fair prices. I'll be back there for my next vehicle for sure. Thanks Sandlot.

My first day off in months between my two jobs, feet aching and shoulders searing from what must have been my hundredth multi-hour walk that week. I knew it the moment I woke up that day; I'd had enough of it. 24 years old and still doing my best SpongeBob impression with no car, today it ends.

Before me stands an unassuming dealership nestled between many, but this one spoke to me in a way. Somehow I knew that this is where I'd find what I've been lacking for way too long.

I cross a street with no crosswalks to get to it, another reminder that this city isn't made for travel by foot. These boots may be made for walking, but Tyler isn't. At any rate, in I go into the office. I turn right to see a welcoming face behind tasteful glasses, a brief, natural smile, and an appropriate introduction; "Hey, I'm Jodi, what can I do for you today?" Completely unfazed by my disheveled appearance, that of a man beaten by dodging speeding pickup trucks in Texas heat, Jodi saw none of what would deter those of a more gentle persuasion, and dutifully answered my every question, filling in the gaps and answering things I didn't even know I needed. What started as a trip to merely window shop turned into a life-changing experience that imbued me with confidence and a sense of self-worth that I never had.

Of course, we couldn't close anything that day, as progress came to a disappointingly abrupt halt on some arbitrary complication on account of the banks, no fault to the dealership. But the next day - today, I have become a man. I drive home in a pristine Red Hyundai Elantra with no money down and I have Jodi, Brenda, Trent, and Mark to thank for it. Seriously, Mark even gave me a lift home yesterday when we couldn't get a deal closed out in time (rip Ford Escape).

Yeah give these guys a shot, they're genuine.

The people at Sandlot are the best and we’re not shopping for a car anywhere else in the future.
Jodi was amazing at explaining the whole process for my partner and I. We walked in about an hour before closing to just look at a car and she helped us so much and we got to leave with a beautiful Nissan. She went above and beyond and even stayed late to make sure we got everything we needed for the car.
There ended up being a small issue after we got the car, but Jodi and Trent were fantastic helping us get everything taken care of. Thank you all so much for everything and we appreciate everyone there.

My oldest was shopping for a truck that would last him through college and more. We stopped by and Jodi gave us several keys to look at the trucks he was interested in. He found one that called his name and from start to finish Jodi and Brenda helped make the buying process seamless! He just turned 19 last month and bought his own vehicle in less than one hour! We were trying to buy a car for our son. After having a couple problems with other sellers I was burnt out on the whole idea. Then we stopped at Sandlot, Miss Jodi met us at the door with the car we had already called about ready to test drive, in 2 hrs we had approval and we’re able to pick up right away.
