Went in to look at vehicles to just get ideas and was not expecting to be leaving with one! Johnny was very professional and has the old fashioned ways where a hand shake means more then anything! Very satisfied with the dealership and Johnny was not pushy, allowed us to take our time and was there to answer any questions. If you want a true down to earth dealership for your vehicle purchase I highly recommend this location and Johnny, I can see why this is a 3 generation dealership!

Mr. Johnny Watkins is an awesome salesman to work with. Super kind and pressure free. I bought a car there a few years back and had no issues. Ended up driving over to Tyler from Shreveport, LA (the used car selection is poor here, all of them beat up and clapped out). Mr Johnny was excellent and let me check out the vehicle I was interested in with no pressure and helped answer questions. I drove home with the car (after they kindly prepped and stored it indoors overnight) the next day since I had to retrieve a ride to bring both cars back. Very satisfied with my experience at Auto House, would recommend anyone to take the trip!

Johnny Watkins is a terrific car Salesman. Mr. Watkins sold me a Chevrolet Z71. We have owned that vehicle for over 12 years. This truck was also my teenage Sons first vehicle. Never had a major issue. Great vehicle even better buying experience.

If you’re ever getting a car from family owned car dealer this place it’s the best to come visit. I bough a 05 tahoe with only 80k & 05 grand marquis 50k both cars have never gave car trouble still have my cars running good now going on 5 yrs owning this cars. Don’t know who choose the cars but dafiatly gets the best Go see them will not regret it! Btw my sister bought a 2010 Traverse about 3 yrs and dame she has not had any problems ask for Johnny he’s the best.
