My family cannot even begin to put into words the sincerity, kindness and generosity that Kyle and the North Dallas Funeral home showed our family. We feel so blessed and lucky to have encountered Kyle. I reached out to Kyle 2 months ago in preparation for my father. He was sincere, kind and had such uplifting compassion. Our entire process was seamless. We are thankful and touched by the thoughtfulness Kyle and the North Dallas Funeral Home has shown in honoring the memory of my dad. Our experience with them truly felt like they thought of us as family and this experience with them has meant the world to my family. If you are looking for a funeral home that will go the extra mile to honor your loved one and treat you and your loved one like family, look no further than for Kyle and the North Funeral Home! I would give 10 stars if I could! 🌟

My husband's mother died after three weeks in hospital. We came from SC to be with her, not knowing anyone nor anything about Dallas our hospice person gave us North Dallas as one of three funeral homes they recommended. We are so thankful we used North Dallas. Everyone was so great. The owner came in and spoke with my husband for quite some time. There was no rushing to get things over it, everyone took time with us and seemed to really care. We are so thankful for their services.

I am the manager of a funeral home in Florida; we contacted North Dallas to transfer a loved one back to us. They were always kind, helpful, and prompt. I've worked with quite a few funeral homes all over the country and they were one of the best I've had the oportunity to coordinate with. If we ever have a need to reach out to a funeral home in the area again, they will definitely be my first call.

When my father passed away some difficult decisions needed to be made. The best decision that my family made was to contact North Dallas Funeral Home. My father wanted to be cremated and have a Christian burial service where family members and friends could gather at a later date. Don Dodd handled all of the arrangements, including making sure that my father received proper military honors at the funeral service. Don kept us informed every step of the way and handled all of our requests with no additional charges. We were all very happy with the level of professionalism and service that we received from Don and the staff at North Dallas Funeral Home.
Thank you.

I am so grateful to the folks at NDFH. They were compassionate and supportive during the entire process of caring for my loved one. Ours was a Jewish funeral and the shomer, was not only kind he was very helpful during the service. I could not have asked for a better experience.

The ENTIRE staff was amazing to my sisters and I during our difficult time of our mother passing. Wayne was such a wonderful person along with his wife. Cindy the mortuary cosmetologist was such a sweet and helpful woman. Mr. Brooks is awesome and runs a very very good funeral home. Clean organize place.

As you would expect, the death of a loved one is a horrible experience. When my father passed away all we could think about was making sure he was cared for even after death. With our situation we had to have him transported to Phoenix, AZ. Evelyn Montoya handled the entire process from start to finish flawlessly. From explaining the process, picking out the casket, on staff Veterans to fix my dad's uniform and coordinating his travel back home. She is such a compassionate person and my siblings and I are so thankful for her. I think it's odd to recommend a funeral home because no one wants to think about needing one but this place is, as my dad would say, simply wonderful.

Thank you Evelyn and team!

During the most difficult time when life turned upside down and lost my husband unexpectedly I was faced with not only sadness but the fear of having to make arrangements that I was not prepared to make. I called Kyle at North Dallas Funeral Home who kindly and gently took the pressure off of me. Guided me through this process and made things so easy and allowed me to quickly get back to my family and let the the funeral home handle the hard part. This is the second time I have been to North Dallas Funeral Home. They are all so very helpful and compassionate to those of us that walk in the door scared and full of worry. Thank you dearly for your service.

My experience with North Dallas Funeral Home was pleasant. My point of contact the entire time was Wayne Baxter who is just wonderful. Not only did he communicate and explain everything, he was also attentive and understanding. Always asked me how I was doing, and if I needed anything. The urn I picked is absolutely gorgeous, and the pricing is very reasonable. The process took a while, but everything is so backed up with Covid, so that understandable. I am totally happy with my experience, but hope and pray I NEVER need them again.

I cannot recommend North Dallas Funeral Home enough. Specifically Kyle was a huge beacon of support for my family and I. We called several other funeral homes, but I knew when talking to Kyle, that we would be at peace here. What I appreciate the most is how he took us step by step and explained the process in detail and with genuine care and assurance. It’s very apparent that passion and his heart is what drives him to do his work, and that he cares for those he encounters. There’s nothing more comforting than knowing your loved one will be respected and honored.
I usually never write reviews, but in hopes that anyone who is experiencing the loss of a loved one needs guidance or services, I truly recommend North Dallas Funeral Home. Thank you so much to Kyle for being a blessing to our family in a time that was hard for us to understand.

Sorry this review took me a long time to write but it's better late than never. I had my fathers funeral over a year ago and I know its a feeling that is hard to describe and an overwhelming sadness to lose a loved one. I had to write because even though it's been a couple of months I will always remember Kyle. Kyle helped ease the process, he was understanding and was very detailed on the process. This was my first time planning anything along these lines and Kyle, you were God sent. I will always appreciate your advice, your patience and understanding through that. Even going the extra mile with the pendent I got with my fathers finger print months after. I will forever cherish it. Thank you Kyle and ND Funeral Home for all your support through that time. I'm grateful.

What a pleasant, smooth and enjoyable experience my mom and I had with Kyle Ko today. In a time where this process can be emotional and hard, we were so relieved when everything was well explained and easy to understand. He was so accommodating, kind, warm and knowledgeable. Cannot recommend this funeral home and the staff here enough. Truly exceptional experience. We are very grateful.

The unexpected passing of my husband was a very difficult and trying time for my boys and I. I had the good fortune of having Abel walk us thru this process. Working with him was such a weight off my shoulders. He was professional, so polite and helpful. The service was beautiful - never did I feel rushed or like just another customer. They gave me the time I needed and I appreciate that so much! Also Mr Brooks took special care of my husband as he is a fellow mason. I would highly recommend working with Abel and North Dallas Funeral Home.

Able Rodriguez did a fantastic job with my father these past few weeks.
We had no plan and as my dad passed away on a Sunday morning late March. I contacted North Dallas Funeral Home and they took care of my dad. Set an appointment with us right away for Monday and Able made us feel so comfortable knowing my dad was in good hands and explained everything to my mother, uncle and brother.
The viewing was wonderful and the video they put together was perfect.
Able kept in contact with us as my dad was being transported to Mexico. With paper work for the Mexican consulado he helped us every step of the way
Once my dad was being transported the gentleman that was driving my dad also kept in contact with us. It took longer then expected for my dad to arrive just by a few hours but because of issues at the Mexican border, nothing to do with this funeral home, but with that issue the drive communicated and let us know exactly what was going on.
My family has never had to handle a funeral let alone having to transport a body but Mr. Able and the North Dallas Funeral Home team did a fantastic job and as I hope I don’t have to deal with a passing any time soon i definitely recommend their services!

Wayne was very empathetic with my niece when her dad, my brother died. He worked with us to provide what was needed, whether it was guidance, or a tissue. Wayne acts in a professional, caring way. It made the whole experience weigh less heavy on the family's shoulders.

Wayne Baxter went out of his way to accommodate my mother and I during a most difficult time. He extended an ear while providing accommodations to details otherwise, may have been overlooked. I want to publicly extend a “Thank You” for your professional compassionate expertise. I would highly recommend North Dallas Funeral Home to help you and your loved one during the end of life process.

I can't say enough about the service and help of the people here. Wayne helped me get through all of the necessary arrangements because my estranged husband had not made any arrangements. I appreciate all of his help and that of the other staff members as well.
The chaplain at the hospital recommended them when he didn't have anything prearranged and they are very reasonably priced. When I didn't have any idea who to use for the minister because we weren't regular churchgoers, he recommended the same chaplain, who turned out to be very conscientious and did an incredible job. Chaplain Mike was fair and honest about my husband's issues which led to his death but he did it in a very non-judgmental, non-preachy way but yet gave a great service that left everyone thinking about their own choices.
They were all very available and went out of their way to show their concern & caring. I even got great hugs from them at the end.
Another thing I like was how he was very clear about the costs of things and was sensitive to our needs. He didn't try to sell us on things we didn't need or want or use our grief to take advantage of us, which I appreciated greatly. I highly recommend them!
Thank you again for a wonderful experience in this very difficult time!
