I have used this cleaners for years. I love the Friday special. Nicely priced and your clothes are always ready when promised.

PHENOMENAL People and the Quality is absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! I had a pair of pants and a shirt that had Milk Duds ground in by a child. The shirt was a keepsake from my Nephew who had recently graduated from West Point! I was crushed thinking it was ruined! These AMAZING People managed to get them COMPLETELY CLEAN AND CANDY FREE!!! Just cannot say enough about just how WONDERFUL the quality and staff there are!!!

The job was very subpar and one of the buttons on my blazer was missing when I got my items back. The only reason most people patronize this location is because it's the only one in the area.

Took my King size comforter in to be dry cleaned early spring, did not take it out of the bag till last week. It was NEVER cleaned!! I paid roughly $30 to have it cleaned and it was not. Still smelled and you could see it was not cleaned. I will be going somewhere else in the area. That never should have happened……

Closed early and wouldn’t unlock door. Store closed at 2pm but I arrived at 1:50pm and the clerk was standing at the register with the door locked screaming to come back Monday because she was done for the day.
I explained that it’s not 2pm yet and I needed my business attire. When I dropped off my blazers the clerk stated that the cleaners closed at 2pm. The lady said “I ain’t opening no door I done already closed my drawer and I’m done and ready to go.”
This was the most unprofessional experience for any service I’ve experienced. Instead of just closing at closing time she rather start turning off lights. I need management’s information ASAP

She probably closed at 1:45pm …. Sad

If I could give them a negative star I would; me being a new customer, dropped off a bedspread and a jumper, I received a receipt and decided to pay upon pick up, upon pick up today they told me I owe three dollars more because their staff person made a mistake in pricing, I spoke with the owner, who said they would not honor the receipt. I would have to pay the difference, how rude and how unprofessional. I will not ever go there again, and I would never recommend them.

Maybe they need to consider changing their hours. They don't close at 6:00, they close at 5:50 and will not let you in after that. So unprofessional. Went over to the dry cleaners up the street, they also closed at 6:00, but they let me in at 5:55. Will never go to this place again!!!

Unprofessional in all aspect! Tried to pick up my clothes 3 times, place was closed despite the door stating it should be open. I finally call to get a time they would be open and they finally are.

I ask if they accept a check, because I was calling from my bank, they replied that they did. I arrive ask for my clothes and the attendant picks up the phone and calls another store and asks for the procedure for checks. She then tells me in a non-challant fashion that they don't accept checks. I asked her to call the supervisor and so I can speak to her. She does and tells me we don't accept checks. I replied to her that this whole operation smacks with Incompetents and the attendant starts cursing at me telling don't talk to her co-worker like that. I did not curse or scream at the lady not once. I asked her for my change after paying cash for my clothes and she refused to give it to me. She threaten to call the Police me and I told her that I would wait for them. She didn't and I left.
