Came in for a flat repair! It was a run flat and the tire could not be repaired! The size was very unusual and they didn't have it in stock. The manager went out of his way to locate the tire so we could get home to Dallas! Excellent customer service! They went out of the way to take care of us.

I purchased a refrigerator and a dishwasher from Ken Waage and have received excellent customer service. Sears will meet any competitors price and I was able to get these appliances for less without having to drive all over town. There is a lot of communication by text and phone from Sears regarding the delivery which kept me informed of the exact time they would arrive. I would definitely return for future purchases.

Just wanna say I am a first time customer with tire service @ sears. Let me tell you on top of a frustrating start of my day I was greeted with welcomed help. My experience with the automotive was excellent and Shawn was my angle today not only was he attentive but answered all my questions. He took his time to get me the right help I need as well as service in a fashionably manner. Great job and a very happy camper. If you ever visit sear automotive please ask for Shawn he is the man!!! Visited during their closing store sale. There were some good deals. Staff was working hard. Grabbed a fridge during the visit.

On June 17, 2015, Two store managers of the Barton Creek Store, Jeffree and Frank, performed a service well beyond what one would expect of store managers. When their delivery company brought to our home an exercise bicycle the previous day, they refused to disassemble our treadmill and move it to the garage, although the work order from the store required them to do so. We called the store, and Jeffree and Frank came the next day to do this work, moving the large and heavy treadmill to the garage. These fine young men represented Sears at the highest level of customer service.

In-vehicle pick up is a magical thing. Jonathan is always prompt, friendly, and willing to take the time to answer any questions or address any concerns I may have. Thanks!

I know they say Sears is going out of business but I was able to find two large King comforters the gentleman at the register help me order the second one online it was delivered right to my front door.

Sears Barton Creek has a nice selection of products. Lots of tools to choose from. Good selection of automotive tools that are hard to find.

Ordered an item on my phone from a nearby store in the mall. Went to Online pick up kiosk and in less than a 2 minutes I had the product in my hand!

Our sales lady was excellent she knows all the info on any product she was nice a 10 in my book
