My family worked with John at Gotcha Covered and had a wonderful experience. They went above and beyond to make sure our oversized curtains could be made and installed. I don’t think another installer would have been able to handle our windows.

John and his team at Gotcha Covered did an amazing job on our window treatments. From coming to quote, showing us samples, the ordering process, and installation..it was a smooth process. We had multiple different styles put throughout the house (woven shades, faux wood, and motorized roller shades in the movie room.) John used great quality products and we are very happy with the outcome of the work. You won’t be disappointed using this locally owned business.

John Kohlschein was wonderful to work with. We had the task of replacing the last 4 windows original miniblinds in our 30 yr old house! Although we had a small job to complete, he treated us as if we were replacing a houseful of window coverings! He arrived as planned, asked what we were interested in, quickly measured and discussed options and colors. He told us he would call when the blinds were shipped from the factory in approximately 2 weeks!! Other companies gave a timeline of 4-6 weeks (and a maybe???) So, we weren't too hopeful of his estimated timeline, but we liked him, so decided to go with his company. Much to our surprise, exactly 2 weeks later we received a call from John personally, saying the blinds had been shipped!! He was very flexible on scheduling the installation day to meet our needs and actually came to install the blinds himself rather than handing this small minor job over to someone else. Throughout, he was very personable, communicated very well, and was very respectful. We were so impressed with him that we would not hesitate a moment to call him again for any window covering needs. We would gladly recommend Gotcha Covered of Argyle, and specifically John (as owner) to anyone. We love our blinds!!

I can’t say enough about John and his team. They go above and beyond, truly. They expertly installed faux wood blinds for us in our second home. Recently, John came out to measure for custom Roman shades. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend John and his team to anyone.

I LOVE Gotcha Covered, John and his entire team. I'm slightly addicted to their window coverings! I first had them do window treatments in my living room...and THEN had him do window treatments in a second room, then plantation shutters in one room, then plantation shutters in the entire home and THEN an automatic sunshade outside! I recently bought a new home that did not include blinds, and John and crew measured and installed them effortlessly. We had great communication via email and phone and John quickly responded to my questions and inquiry. I was also impressed with the speed of service from measuring, ordering, custom building the blinds, and installing. With supply issues, you never know what to expect, but Gotcha Covered got everything covered in a timely manner.

I don't know where to start. Best price, selection, service and support you can find if you are shopping for any kind of window treatments. John's attention to detail during every aspect of our buying process was stellar. Would not hesitate to call him again!

Gotcha Covered was, hands down, the best company to work with during our home building process. John was responsive, courteous, and extremely professional. We bought 12 shades recently from John at Gotcha Covered. I am very pleased with the entire experience. First, John's knowledge of the products is excellent. He knows his products and the pros and cons of the various styles. The selection of colors and styles was huge. I wanted cellular shades that are top-down and bottom-up. In addition, the price was considerably less than the other company that I got a quote from.

I also preferred this product over the ones from big box stores due to much wider choice of colors and fabrics, availability of the same fabric on the header rather than just plastic, and generally better quality.

John guided me to which windows the continuous loop would be best and which work with cordless control. He provided temporary paper shades while we waited for our order. The shades were delivered when he said they would be. The installer was prompt and quick, with no mess to clean up.

The entire experience was professional and easy. We are very happy ith our shades.

We contacted Gotcha Covered and John set up an in-home consultation very promptly even though it was right in the middle of the Christmas Holiday. He was super knowledgeable about the options. Our experience with John was great! We wanted motorized shades and he helped us every step. He and the installer are so nice! Can't say enough about the customer service we received. We love the shades and using the app to open and close them individually, one room at a time, or the whole house is so easy. If you need window treatments they are the ones to call.

Janice was amazing to work with when we were looking for window coverings for our new home. She brought so many options to choose from and really made us feel like she cared about the products she sells. Her installation gentleman was very polite, professional, and prompt. We had a couple minor issues with sizing upon install, but Janice called and assured she had them rectified before her installer even finished that day. She herself came back with the fixes and installed them herself. Great customer service and we will be back for more coverings in the near future!

John and his team were amazing through the whole process. John was incredibly knowledge and thoroughly explained all of our window treatment as well as the pros and cons specifically for our home and what we were looking for.
