CVS

I keep seeing people talk about how bad this pharmacy is, but I’ve had no issues at all since I switched to this one around a year ago. I had horrible experiences with Walgreens but this CVS has always been super helpful and on time. They don’t strike up conversation, sure, but why would someone want them to? It’s a pharmacy, pick up what you need and leave.
When I transferred a prescription, I barely had to do anything. When I need a medication refilled, it’s done within a day of me ordering it. When I go in, they’re only busy around 6 when everyone goes to get their medications when they get off work. Any other time and they are fast and efficient.
That being said, get the app. It’s much easier to manage medications and get refills. Don’t do things the slow way and then complain that it’s slow.

I too am seeing a lot of bad reviews for this pharmacy, but I have had nothing but good experiences no matter when I've gone there to pick up our prescriptions and/or just buy things from the store. The pharmacy staff are always busy, but then again what pharmacy is not these days, but the staff are always helpful and friendly and have answered questions too. All in all I would highly recommend the CVS in Roanoke.

The pharmacy folks at this CVS are not very helpful but Mr. Mitema Washington at the Minute Clinic is very professional and efficient. I was detected with COVID. He was very prompt, friendly and prescribed me the right medications which helped my recovery a lot smoother.

Made and appointment with the minute clinic after my throat was feeling sore for a few days. I got brought in right at my scheduled time and the lady was very helpful covid and strep results came in quick and my prescription was filled 10-15 minutes after being ordered.

This is our go-to pharmacy. The stuff has always been very helpful. Last time I came to pick up our medication, Ms Daillin who helped us, pointed out that one of our medication hasn't been covered by insurance and advised me on how to correct the problem. Very helpful!

The pharmacy these past few months has gone above and beyond to take care of me and my little girls. This is a tough season and the communication and kindness is incredible. You all are the best!!!

This store is great! Pharmacy staff is very helpful and professional. They truly care about how you are feeling! They always help me find coupons on my medication even though that is not their job. Super fast and efficient, I love them!

I am so grateful for your service. I was overwhelmed by your pharmacy tech with gifting me with a little BIBLE. Such a heartfelt gift. It meant the world to me just coming from the hospital and getting news that I had to have surgery. I will cherish this BIBLE always. It will go with me to the hospital.

Our family visits CVS fairly frequently for various needs. Alex, a pharmacy tech, has always gone above and beyond to make sure that we get what we need. She is always willing to help and we would recommend her and CVS Pharmacy to anyone looking for a place to fill prescriptions!

I shop in the store every week. The employees and manager could not be nicer. They are so helpful. I do t use the pharmacy so not sure about them. But the front store rocks!!!

Great employees at the front of the store. They are always helpful and friendly everytime i go into the store. The young Asian guy and the fair-skinned strawberry blonde girl with the ponytail are always helpful. I talked with Jewel (the manager) on my most recent visit and she was wonderful. She helped me with a coupon problem that I was having. She was professional, courteous and kind. I love this store and will continue to shop here.

Customer care concierge Bette Hamilton was a great asset for Cvs pertaining to the CPAP equipment. Her knowledge what is far beyond any representatives that I have dealt with in the CPAP supplies area.If there is anything you can do to show my appreciation it would be appreciated. She is in the Roanoke Texas store number 8196. She took the time to help me in areas which I’ve never been shown before dealing with the fitting of the mask. Thank you once again!!

The pharmacist Joel, went over & beyond to help me get a prescription taken care of. In past we have had some issues with prescriptions & communication but he deserves a shout out for all his great work!

When we are in the area, we always use CVS #10487 at 1305 North Highway 377. We are greeted upon entering the store. Your managers, Jewel and Bette are there to help us, they both are very knowledgeable and answer any questions we have, and show us where to find what we are looking for. The store is clean and pleasent. Thanks for having a convient location close to our 2nd home.

Every time I go there the pharmacy workers are so kind and patient. It is sometimes busy but they are always friendly and helpful.

I hope upper management knows what a GREAT ASSET they have in Xuan( Pharmacy Mgr) and a young Asian decent guy that works the front counter by the door that has EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills way beyond his years! Keep these employees!

Had a doc appt for my 6 year old...by the time I got to the pharmacy the prescription was filled! Doc appt only 10 mins away! Everyone was nice and professional! Will use again!

I went in to buy some rubber bands and the clerk gave me a large handful, for FREE! I wasn't expecting that, but was very pleasantly surprised at being offered something simply with the promise to come by again.
