Presidio Square Apartments

With the great help of Kasey and Miranda, we are one of the newest Presidio Residents. Every question, comment, concern was answered they were really communicative and followed up accordingly we instantly knew this was the place for us. a couple knicks and crannies but thats where the character is built no place is perfect and its definitely exactly what we need 10000/10 would recommend.

I lived here on 2 separate occasions and it was nice and maintained. Good neighbors. Spacious units. There's always challenges but if you are considering... do it. Just make sure the renters there now are still decent because sometimes demographics change....alot... Other than that it is a good spot.

This is a beautiful apartment home! My husband and I and our two little dogs lived here for a year. The apartment was spacious and in great condition, plenty of closet space! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, plus plenty of parking and a garage too. When we had a need for maintenance, they were timely and efficient. We enjoyed our stay at Presidio Square and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and/or friends. Thank you for a great experience :)

I love living at Presidio Square the apts are spacious & the property well maintained. The entire staff is AWESOME!! They are efficient professional & courteous. They really take the time to get to know you & any of your concerns are addressed in a timely fashion. A big thank you!! to all the staff for making Presidio an enjoyable community to live in.

Any issues I've had have been addressed immediately. Casey and Joe are extremely friendly and helpful. Always on top of everything for me. The maintenance guy is very friendly too (forgot his name, sorry!) I'm glad we found this place on our hunt for apartments. You guys are great. Keep up the good work!!

These stars are for the staff!!! Kudos to Casie in the office and Mike from maintenance are very polite and professional and always provide exceptional service. The building itself not so great. Rent is raised every year and apartments are out of date.

Management is so nice! Especially CASEY, He is always nice, polite and caring! This is a nice place to live.
