I’ve been with Storage Star for 6 years, downsized, moved around and always going back to storage to take away things or bring new items in. The building has always been very very clean. I have never seen an ant or anything that you would not like to meet in your own house. The front desk was always happy to help, I’m very satisfied!

She helped in making sure i had my unit before they closed Saturday. Thank you so much for your assistance again!!!

Came in on a Friday almost closing time and the gentleman that was there that day greeted me with kindness. Showed me several units and tried his best to help out. The facility is clean and restrooms are available anytime.

Just relocated to Texas and the manager Monique was amazing and the customer service was top ten. She was in the middle of training Teagan who was a sweet young lady and the both of them went around the facility and showed me where to access my unit. Facility was very clean and well taken care of. I will definitely recommend this location .

The best warehouse in town and everybody is magnificent

All in all great. staff very professional, climate control good, they have many dolly’s you can use to move your stuff from car to storage, bathrooms.

Very good experience. Friendly staff, knowledgeable and respectful and patient when I came in with my three young kiddos! They were offered coloring books and crayons while we did a little paper work, so cool. They made sure I was happy with our storage unit and let me ask as many questions as I needed to feel comfortable. Exceptionally clean and nice storage units. Would highly recommend!

This is the best storage in the DFW. The manager Randy and staff is professional and has solved any problems we had. Climate control is awesome never too hot or cold. It is always clean and well light, has electric dock doors for large trucks.

Bill was great helping get my storage unit. The place is new and clean. I especially like the that the units are climate control. It made moving things in a lot more comfortable.

It was GREAT working with Bill. He listened to what I needed, made suggestions, and got me exactly what I was needed, nothing more, nothing less. There was no hard sale. Everything straight forward and an ease. Lot better experience than expected.
