Oneil was so awesome and friendly. He helped us feel comfortable and let us take a look around to find the right fit for us. He welcomed us the moment we walked through the door and you can tell he loves what he does because he was very joyful the whole time. We are so excited to have new furniture in our new to us 🏠! Home Zone’s sales and delivery processes were seamless. We were able to choose a delivery date, within 3 days of purchase, that worked for our schedule. We received emails and texts confirming the day we chose. Then, we were given a window for delivery the day before and were provided detailed tracking information on delivery day. The delivery team was very helpful, respectful of our property, and worked very quickly and efficiently. Everything happened just as we’d been told to expect. Cannot over-emphasize how easy and low pressure the entire experience was. In a world where great customer service is now the exception and not the rule, Home Zone delivered positively in every way. Omg! What a great place! I literally walked in & 7 minutes later was the proud new owner of the a house full of furniture courtesy of Jasmine! Talk about a kid in a candy store....I was able to sit open rearrange and customize all my options to make my selections were what I was looking for. Jasmine made paperwork and delivery set up a breeze! She'll have you saying Rooms 2 Whoooo? Absolutely love it here!

My wife and I have been shopping at Home Zone in Mesquite for several years. Service has always been absolutely wonderful. All of the salesmen we've worked with over the years have been friendly and attentive without the dreaded pushy and hovering experience at other furniture stores. Today, we worked with Jasmine to complete another purchase and she gleefully provided the heightened level of service we've grown to expect and appreciate. I had such an easy and nice experience this past weekend. I already had my eyes set on a particular couch and Alejandra Reyes got right with me to assist in my purchase. She was so delightful and answered all my questions about financing. The whole team seemed really nice. It was Mother’s Day weekend so they were setting up a little table with stuff for moms. This isn’t the first time I’ve purchased from this location and every time I do, I’m never disappointed with quality or customer service.

We have been to the Mesquite store 3 times now and have used Alejandra each time. She always goes above for all of her customers. We will always recommend her and this store!!

It was an amazing experience overall. The store has really nice products and the prices were also good. I did not want to leave but unfortunately it was the end of the day and the store had to close. They also have extremely friendly staff. Alejandra was amazing , she answered all of my questions regarding my purchase. She helped me pick out a gorgeous set of furniture for our second living area for a whopping price . Would definitely go back to the store again in my free time to pick out some items I was eyeing.The delivery service was great as well,delivered and assembled smoothly.

Susie at the Mesquite location was fantastic! She was courteous and made great recommendations! She welcomed my mother and I as soon as we walked into the store and let us know if we had any questions to find her as we did an initial browse around the store. She took her time explaining the "bells and whistles" and the benefits of the furniture and mattress I was considering for my purchase. She was kind to stay after the store closed to ensure my purchase was more than satisfactory and I was pleased with the overall experience. Susie was thoughtful and accommodating! I would recommend her not only for her stellar customer service, but for her kind spirit.

Alejandra Reyes was helpful, knowledgeable, and a real pleasure to work with. Jacob was a great team mate who stepped up to complete the process, as she was with another client when we came back to complete the purchase.

Alejandra is amazing!! I came here with my crazy 2yr old and she was so kind and patient with us. The prices here are awesome, few hundreds of dollars off than Ashley’s or Quality Home. Plus it’s family owned, made in Texas!! Definitely 100 percent recommend

Home zone has wonderful options. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Susie will take care of you without hovering and pressuring you. She was so helpful honestly the whole team was. We will definitely be back.

Delivered at a reasonable time of the day. The delivery guys got it in the house with in minutes, literally. I was very impressed!! Love my new coach... beautiful and no damage during delivery.

We went to several furniture stores looking for some specific pieces to go in our home. We started at Home Zone. The salesmen were not pushy at all. They let us browse the furniture and offered assistance if we needed it. I found a sideboard and desk that I really liked. The sideboard we were originally told that we may have to wait up to a month and a half to get. We decided to keep looking and went to several other furniture stores. I kept circling back to the items we saw at Home Zone. After several days and several stores later, we decided to go back to Home Zone. Again, we were greeted by a sales person but never pressured. I looked the pieces over again that I was interested in. We spoke with the sales person regarding the length of time the sideboard would take to come in. She worked with her manager and he allowed us to purchase the floor model so we wouldn't have to wait. I was so appreciative! The showroom was clean and organized. If there is something that is not in stock then the sales people are honest and let you know. We had a previous bad experience with Ashley's furniture (next door). Overall, I am very pleased with our experience with Home Zone. I would highly recommend them for the quality and price of their furniture.
