Love 7 Eleven. We don't have them in Louisiana. I can't complain about my experience here as I was happy to get my Slurpee without any problems or lines.

I bought two mugs w week ago and one of them the top keep coming off my husband got burn and I took it back to exchange it and they have the same cups still the ones that says usa on it , the manager insisted to see my receipt and I don't even remember if they give me a receipt since we go inn grab what we need and go out if they give one recipe I don't have it since I don't buy stuff with the intention of returning them.
Well even doe my husband got burn and we pay$ 9 plus tax for it and it still have the scanning bar, he say too bad if you don't have a receipt there is nothing I can do!
If you dont want to go trough this don't buy there that manager is a true jurk he don't care about his customers he only care about making a buck!

Update: decided to stop by and give those store a second chance, hoping they have changed the $3 minimum “manager policy”. Unfortunately same thing happened, sales associate told me I need to respect their “manager “policy” and be prepared to spend minimum $3 next time. Rude and unprofessional customer service.
As a customer I have the right to choose how much and what to spend my money on without restrictions and not be confronted about it if I do not agree with their such policy. This time I left without my coffee, they can keep it. They lost a customer and a sale.

Went to this 7 Eleven on Towneast Blvd to grab a cup of coffee. When I was at the register the cashier told me I had to spend a minimum of $3 to pay with a card. I told her she can keep but she says I can pay with card this time but next time I need to spend $3 minimum to use card, there is no other next time, I am going somewhere else.

Bought tobacco pods from here they wouldn’t take the coupons that I had the cashier was extremely rude. Came back to talk to a manager of course they’re not here! I visit 711 often, this will be the last time I come here. If you want to be disrespected and treated like nothing COME HERE!

3$ minimum hassle buy the clerk, and she would not take my 100 bill. All I need is a cup of coffee.

Horrible, man was back behind the wall. I stood in line waiting to check out for more than 2 minutes, then when he came up to the front, he was talking on his phone through an AirPod. No greeting, no nothing, even though they have a thing on the register saying to greet them. I don’t expect amazing customer service at a gas station, but at least what the company suggests and the courtesy to not be actively on the phone while checking out customers.

Why Cashiers, Store manager and/or Store Franchise owner are deciding for us on how we need to spend our money?

Absolutely illegal to tell us and try to force customers to spend at least $3.00 when paying with a Debit/Credit card, this is totally SCAM making customers to spend minimum $3 dollars.

We need to stop this SCAM against 7-Eleven customers.

went to buy lighter for my candles and some lady at the register said I had to be ID for a lighter. I asked why and she said she had to ID for a lighter I questioned it and gave her my ID and she saw I was 18 and she said I had to be 18… weird never heard of that law in Texas

Store appearance is a palling. They do not sell money orders. I cannot wrap my head around them.
