Everyone is warm and welcoming, I felt like the staff took the time to converse with me and were able to truly listen to my responses. I have been to other dentists where everyone is super rushed and ready for me to finish answering their question so they can jump to the next patient. I am glad that this office takes the time to pause and listen to their patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tim Smith for about 15 years and have enjoyed the relationship we have established. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes time to explain treatment options and answer all your questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith and his staff. My hygienist is Celia Weatherford and she does a great job keeping my teeth and gums healthy and does so in a kind and professional manner.

Tim Smith and his staff are wonderful. He has been my dentist since we moved to Chandler, Texas in 2017. I’ve had everything from minor cleaning all the way to surgical procedures. He works closely with my oral surgeon leaves nothing to chance!

Every visit is pleasant and the staff is friendly , helpful and very professional! Tim Smith has been our family dentist for about 20 years, and will always be. Cleanings always leave us feeling so fresh and reassured that our teeth are healthy!

I bit down on a small pork chop bone after cutting my pork chop into small bite-sized pieces. I wasn’t expecting a small bone, so I bit down hard as I was enjoying my pork chop. I had tremendous sudden pain, and I knew I had cracked a tooth.

It cracked it into the nerve, but I didn’t know it at the time. There continued to be pain, but I figured it would be okay. I waited about 30 minutes, and it did not get better. The pain got worse. I knew I needed to call now, so maybe they could get to me tomorrow. I have a high pain tolerance, and the pain was about to overcome me.

I spoke with Dr. Odette, and he spoke with Dr. Smith. They arranged for me to go in at 7:30 the next morning. I was so grateful, but I wondered how I would make it with the pain through the night.

I took 2 Tylenol, and I went to bed. I did get about 4 hours of sleep before awaking. I was very happy that I did.

The next morning, I was there early. They brought me back to the office quickly. Dr. Smith came in and checked on me. He prepped me for a root canal.

A patient had called this particular morning and cancelled an appointment. That’s how Dr. Smith was able to get right to me. That was a real tender mercy from God to me. This was a real blessing in disguise.

Dr. Odette assured me they would try to have me out by noon, even if both Doctor’s had to take turns working on me.

Dr. Smith finished working on me. He worked hard to try to save the tooth. I really wanted to keep it.

I have known Dr. Tim Smith for many years. I appreciate his kind and gentle service to me in my time of need. Dr. Odette stepped in my room before I left, and said hello to me. I was grateful for his kind gesture, and I was grateful for his kind manner in which he took care of my phone call.

I appreciate the fact that these 2 men are very Christian men. Light and happiness beam from both of them. Believe me when I say, “HIS countenance beams in both of their faces.”

My final crown was seated yesterday, and I am a happy person!

Dr Odette did a painless extraction and filling. Both Dr Smith and Dr Odette are great dentists and the staff is wonderful. Highly recommended!!!

I went for my teeth cleaning and they do a fantastic job. I also had to finish up and Implant and they were amazing with their help! That was a few months ago

The Tim Smith Dental Team is always very friendly as well as professional. Autumn, my hygienist, welcomed me and did a great job making me feel comfortable in the dental chair, taking my xrays and cleaning my teeth.
