I bought my C450 AMG from OttoSource two years ago. I can't remember the name of my salesperson but he was direct and to the point. He didn't waste any of my time other than trying to sell me a warranty I declined. We were done in around 2 hours and I was on my way. I love the car and have not had any problems in 2 years of owning it. I would recommend someone buying a luxury car from this dealership.

I recently bought a used Tesla Model 3 from Ottosource and the entire process was great. My expereince went like this.

While some might consider frequent communication to be overwhelming, I appreciated their attentiveness. It gave me the sense they were more focused on my needs rather than pushing for a quick sale. There was no pressure tactic like "someone else is interested, so act fast," which was refreshing. After a week of considering other options, I replied to their messages and was introduced to Kim, my salesperson. We setup a time to see the car and she followed-up with a calendar invite, which I thought was great.

Dealership Experience: When I arrived at Ottosource, the dealership's setup was great and they had and the impressive selection of great looking cars. From the moment I walked in, I felt a no-pressure atmosphere and was able to take my time in evaluating the Tesla I was interested in. It's clear that customer comfort and satisfaction are top priorities for them. Everyone was friendly and calm.

The Purchase Process: Transparency was at the heart of the negotiation process. Ottosource presented a fair trade-in offer for my previous vehicle, matching the figure I would've gotten from Car Max. In terms of the Model 3's purchase price, we quickly arrived at a fair price in comparison to average market rates, which I deeply appreciated, as it saved a lot of time. Although I didn’t utilize their finance team, the sales directors and managers were forthright and candid regarding their capacities and limitations in the transaction.

In conclusion, if you're used car shopping in the Dallas area, my recommendation is to consider Ottosource - especially if you work with Kim. She exemplifies what an excellent communicator should be; she listens to understand and responds effectively, and her passion for cars is evident. Pretty smooth experience working with Mrs. Rhodes! She did her best to accommodate me in every way so that I could get my car! The car was beautiful, clean, drove well, good milage and the price was very reasonable!

I was car shopping online and found a car I really wanted, but I didn't realize Ottosource was located in Dallas, TX. After speaking with my sales rep, Medi, he agreed to have someone meet with me in Austin, TX, to finalize the sale so I didn't have to go all the way to Dallas (I currenlty live in San Antonio). The person he was going to send called in, so Medi decided to bring the car himself to prevent any delays. I'm happy with my car, and I had a great experience with Ottosource.

I had a great experience working with Chase Atwood. He's an easy going and no pressure sales guy. Answered all my questions and allowed me to take an extended test drive due to traffic. I recently purchased a Land Cruiser from Ottosource and the staff were absolutely great!!! I was in another state and needed a lot of coordination to complete the deal. The staff at Ottosource did everything they could to ensure a smooth transaction. The truck was in excellent condition, just like the photos they posted. While I was at the dealer, I was also amazed at all the incredible cars in their showroom. I would definitely purchase a car from this dealer again.

Amazing customer service with not alot of pressure that other auto sales companies will give you. I had the pleasure of speaking to Rodrick, Chase, Mario (very quickly haha) and a couple of others whom I did not get their name. We were concerned that the vehicle we were going to purchase had NO similar value whatsoever to a Rolls-Royce or other cars they had in their show room but everyone was very humble and I felt very comfortable. The process was very fast compared to other vehicles I have purchased in the past in and out under 3 hours which would have gone faster if I had my sss together. Competitive great prices and great warranty terms. Although this is my review on the experience buying a car, I hope we don't have to come back to review the service. (:' All around, great experience.
