Employee Tal M. Was very helpful, friendly, and made the process simple. He even went the extra mile to ensure I was getting the correct unit for my needs. Mallory was also very helpful and cheerful, I was not excited about having to get a unit and pay extra for storage but simply just talking to these two turned out to be a positive experience, even after I had to cancel the the unit after paying for it. Sorry guys! But they were kind, understanding, and helpful during the whole process.

Diamond Storage is competitively priced and the epitome of professionalism and customer service.

We found out at 9pm on a Wednesday that we were going to need two 10'x20' storage units in less than 12 hours. Because of their affiliation with Self Storage, I was able to book the units over the phone, even though every storage facility in the valley was closed.

They opened the earliest of all locations--7am--and allowed for 24/7 access, rather than locking down at 10pm.

The customer service was amazing. Arrangements were made to give us the first month free on both units, as well as a third unit when it looked like we were going to need to expand. Then they didn't penalize us at all when we ended up not needing the third unit!

They went out of their way to get the units right across from each other, which proved to be crucial to the following week that we spent organizing everything.

There is nothing more we possibly could have asked for. The facilities were clean and safe. The staff were professional and courteous and took every opportunity to go above and beyond. We even had a good time joking with the other patrons while we did our work :)

The next time I need storage, this is the company I will call. I would be a fool to waste time and money anywhere else.

They price matched a competitor, regularly ride through and ask a lot of questions to make sure you're supposed to be on the property. Pretty clean, well lit outside, you can always access your unit anytime , FREE car wash, friendly staff. I'm happy with them.

Stored a off road vehicle with camping gear in a unit intermittently for 3 months while we went back and forth. Arrangements were professional and staff helpful. Multiple airport transfers were handled smoothly. We would absolutely recommend and use these people again.

The manager Tal was easy to work with and made life easy for me. The available space for my car was ready when I needed it and he had placed a lock in there for me to use when I arrived. Contracting process was simple.

Excellent service. Storage unit is large and clean. Very easy to access. Each time I call the shuttle to pickup/dropoff to and from the airport, its a breeze and hardly any wait time. So glad I found Diamond storage!

Stored a car there for 3 months. Was picked up at the airport and was taken to the unit. Car wouldn’t start and called the office. They had someone come out and jump it! Very friendly staff.

We store our RV here. They have a special area for RVs with wide stalls. Also just a fits our 36' MH. It is great.
