⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Gabriel (and his helper) were able to come out the next day to complete the work recommended during the routine (plumbing) maintenance check.
This included:
• installing a new double-check for the sprinkler system;
• installing a new whole home shutoff with a new hose bib;
• performing two standard toilet rebuilds;
• And the replacement of two shower heads. (owner supplied however function and style recommendations were appreciated).
Gabriel's punctuality and professionalism were appreciated.
He clearly reviewed the work to be completed, and maintained a tidy and safe workspace throughout the process. He consistently wore shoe cover protectors while in the house. This part of the job completed as estimated.

A bathroom sink mysteriously began to fill up with clear water. It was such a problem that I had to get up in the middle of the night to pump the sink out as it continued to fill from a steady trickle of water from the a/c condensation line. Cutting off the water supply was of no help. No other waste water lines were clogged. In spite of my best efforts (making sure the p-trap was clean) I could not make any progress. The next morning I call Milestone. Brian showed up that afternoon on time and promptly got to work. He worked quite hard and managed to open the line. The clog was in the waste water line in the wall in a very difficult area to reach. . There was no way I could have corrected it in spite of decades of home owner fix-it experience. The cost was very reasonable. My wife and I cannot be more satisfied.

I have already posted one review about Milestone, singing praises about the company and Logan, but we had a few issues going on here at the house and I also had the pleasure of working with Lance. He, too, was a delight to work with, possessed a depth of knowledge and experience and was tremendously personable. The work we needed was not what we expected at all, and Lance did a great job of walking me through every inch of it, on paper and visually as well. Lance possesses great expertise and as importantly, a commitment to excellence both ethically and technically. The combination enabled me to trust not only that the work was needed, but that it would be done to the highest standard possible. Thank you!!!

Devor was on time, friendly and very professional. He found the problem to my Ac quickly and gave me a quote. He made sure the unit was working properly before he left. I feel the trip charge should not have been added if I had the work done. He is very knowledgeable of his job.

Milestone is an excellent company! From our first call for help and working with the scheduling team to Roland , our electrician, the experience couldn’t have been easier. Roland was prompt and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our multiple issues and provided a plan for repair. Roland submitted an estimate for the work which was fair and reasonable. Scheduling the follow up work once materials were received was a breeze. Roland did a very professional job. We are very happy with the whole experience!

Milestome was able to come out same day to look at my problem. The technician, Mr Cruz, was very detailed in addressing my issues with my A/C system, gave me my options of necessary work to be done & went to work getting my house cool again. He was very attentive, respectful & thanked me for choosing Milestone. I'll look forward to them maintaining my A/C. Would definitely send new customers their way.

Incredibly thorough assessment of ALL of the work that needs to be done! Steven took the time to go through every part of the house, find the issues, take photos, and then sit down to explain our options. Compared to other electricians we've had out in the past, it's clear that Steven knows what he's talking about without using scare tactics to sell a job. Really impressed!

I had a couple of (non-emergency) issues with my commode. Milestone gave me a next-day appointment. I ended up with a minor and a major repair that took 2 people to handle.

Forrest arrived 1st and diagnosed the issues. He fixed the valve problem them called in an installer for the drain/seating problem. Forrest was knowledgeable and skilled. He took the time to show me how my commode's non-standard valve system worked. We chatted about fountain pens while he filled out the paperwork. And one of the cats gave him a leg-rub of approval .

Harley repaired the commode's connections with the drain & floor. He was able to come over very quickly - Forrest was still here and he lent Harley a hand. Harley had all the needed parts & materials on his truck so there was no waiting for a parts order to come in. He had the commode fixed in no time.

Thanks to Milestone, Forrest, & Harley, our only bathroom was back online in less than 3 hours! Great job, you all! Thank you!

We had Joshua out about a month ago to help with an issue in our bathroom. It was recommended that we replace our fixtures to prevent it from happening again. Robert with Milestone was awesome. He was very friendly and professional. Listened to my attempt to explain electrical issue. Four the problem right way, fixed the issue and I had power back to study, guest bath, guest bedroom and outlet in living area. I recommend Robert and will ask for him for future electrical needs.

Due to the storms we had a few weeks ago, one of the circuits blew on our electric panel. We called Milestone Electric and they sent Scott Clark to do the repair. The repair was perfect and Scott Clark was very knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely call Milestone if we need more repairs or just updates to our electrical system. Thank you Scott!
