Received great service here today. I arrived before my online order was ready, staff went above and beyond to get me what I needed in good time.

I had a few returns from an online order and the process was easy enough. The website online to get the return slip was a little confusing, but as far as my in store experience I was greeted upon arrival and they helped process the return. No complaints.

I do like this store’s inventory as well. I didn’t have time to shop in the store today but they typically have really great items in there so I’m sure I’ll be back next time I’m back in the Galleria.

I will also say customer service has been slow here in the past but that’s typical in a mall especially if you are going during peak hours, but the store itself has ALWAYS been very well organized and clean, which for me is really important for any shopping experience. I don’t have to dig through so much inventory to find things I’m looking for and the store has a really nice layout. 🫶🏽

The man TAHJ helped me in every way to find the perfect shoes for work!!!! He took time out to help me and cousin!!! Excellent worker and nothing but great vibes from him when I walked in!!! He was a great example of A+ customer service!!!

I love this store because the staff is very helpful and friendly, you don’t feel interrogated to buy anything and they know a lot about shoes. The place is clean and has a huge selection of shoes for men, women, juniors, and kids.

I Really loved it great sail on shoes and variety of shoes to choose from shoes that we dont. Have at our Texakana stores.
