Needed to find an item quickly for a time sensitive event and fortunately enough, the employee Franco helped out a ton and helped me find what I needed to get before the day was over. Excellent customer service on his end!

I was assisted by a police officer as soon as I walked in. And the young young lady that attended to me. And the police officer very outgoing well spoken and cheerful no complaints very grateful

Had the products. People were fast at check out.

This place is cool. They got some sweet stuff such as rollerblades and a bike a plan on purchasing soon. I went looking for a certain whereimfrom Astronaut shirt. Unfortunately, they didn't have it, but I got an equally awesome shirt I plan to wear when I attend my next home Astros game.

I found everything you need from sports equipment, thank you, I highly recommend it

Customer service was awesome eventhough I had to hunt someone down. The lady who helped me really went above and beyond.

This store is well organized and they carry awesome products. Their staff is friendly and I like how they greet everyone who comes into the store and looks at them. That’s the first line of defense for crime reduction. Good job everyone!

Went here after no luck finding running shoes at the other stores. They have a huge selection, and very competitive pricing. Picked up a pair of asics trl 13 which were amazing until I notice a week later one felt a little smaller than the other…. A little too small. Went back today and Aiden was very helpful at helping me get them exchanged for the correct size. Picked up some awesome running socks and will be returning again soon for a second pair of running shoes! Thanks Aidan!

Although I didnt buy anything because I'm extremely picky on what kind of shoes I like to wear I'm still giving a 5 star. The guys in the shoe department are so knowledgeable and helpful. A guy helped me I forgot to get his name but he informed me on the terminology I needed to use when asking for the kind of shoes i want. He even attempted to walk me to the other side of the store to show me hiking shoes but i told him to just point it was no need for us to waste energy like that. I didn't like the shoes anyways. We walked and talked(educated me really) until I fully understood what kind of shoes I'm really looking for. He was very nice and i wish I could've tipped him because he real helped me understand what kind of shoes I like and I realized how scarce shoes to my liking are.

Very well stocked shelves throughout this store! At least as large as Acadamy's. Gear is higher end and of course usually more expensive. Just depends on what you're looking for. I was also impressed with their fully stocked hunting, fishing, firearms departments.

Perla was very helpful! She made curbside so easy and I will be definitely coming back. :)

The lady in the bike department was wonderful today. She put my bike seat together. I called academy in Katy, Tx to see if they would take the bolts off since I purchased the bike from them and they told me no. I will NEVER buy anything else from academy no ammo, no more guns, no bikes, etc...I will spend my money at this location.

Professional and very helpful team that will go miles to help with giving the best deal. Manager tonight was very helpful and swift with my shoe exchange with a good deal. Definitely will be back,I just hope the increase the Tennis shoes selection.

Big shout out to shoe sales associate Ronnie at the Galleria/Post Oak location for helping us navigate a return during COVID. He was very helpful, polite and quick to respond. Thanks so much Ronnie, you made our day!

Went there for shoes and the guy that helped me (James or Jesse)can't remember his name was so helpful!

Customer service is great. Shoe availability not so much however that doesn't affect the 5 star rating. Very clean and very professional.
