Cayla and Aaron were fantastic coaches for the 2 weeks I dropped in. The gym was well equipped and the other athletes were friendly and welcoming.

Great coaches great people to work out with. Have really helped me stop looking like an umpaloompa.. at this point I've been working out there more than a year and I can not say enough Good things about the staff and the members. Its a great place.

I have been a member of this box for about 6 months or so and I really love it! I moved from the other side of Houston and I was leaving a long term relationship with my first box and it was hard to find something that worked for me. After I figured out my schedule and everything else after I settled, it became part of my life and I get to bring my son which is a HUGE deal to me. The owners are just great, accommodating, the most qualifications I have seen in my life! Awesome coaches just a well rounded great community. Love this box, highly recommend and I don't see myself leaving anytime soon! Come get your WOD on

Best CrossFit place in the area hands down. This is a place that really makes you feel welcome since the first day. The Owner and coaches are great always willing to help and walk you through the steps of any exercise. They really go above and beyond. I also like the different options they have for memberships, and the free foundation class they offer is really helpful so that you don’t feel lost when starting. I will highly recommend! 5++++

My wife and I dropped in a couple weeks ago for two days and really enjoyed U Turn. The facility/equipment is everything you'd need in a box, the people were VERY welcoming and friendly, and there was some good competition. JB (the owner) gave us a very reasonable deal as well. I'd recommend this box if either a) you're looking for somewhere to drop-in or b) if you live in the area and are considering Crossfit.

We dropped in on New Year’s Day!! It was the only gym open and the coach was really nice! The facility is big and got everything you need!

I was in Kingwood for an internship and felt right at home at Uturn immediately. JB and all of the coaches went out of their way to welcome me, and all of the members are more than supportive too! I wish I were around for longer to work out with this crew! Great programming too; I honestly have nothing bad to say about this box.

Absolutely love this place and all the coaches and athletes! Coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful when scaling any movement! Would highly recommend U Turn if you want to make a healthy lifestyle change!

This place makes you feel welcome. It’s a workout that makes you want to go everyday. You show up and they take control. No thinking, just do what your told with guidance and support. I love showing up and everything is laid out for you.
