I never have to worry about my furniture or belongings because I know they're are in a safe and VERY clean facility. If I could rate this business 6/5 I would because Ron goes above and beyond to exceed my expectations every time. He's always there to help, ask how you're doing, and answer any questions you might have. I love the "hometown" feeling Ron provides. My entire family uses his services and all of us enjoy Ron's company and professionalism.

The best in customer service and perfect facility . Clean,Bug free,Save ,& made me feel welcome from day one. Needed unit bad and quickly due to life events and Ron was wonderful helpful and greatly appreciated. Loved the location cuz it was close for me,Unbeatable price and all the perks considering last storage place id had. It was a real dump, But here Clean Always. No garbage,NO BUGS!! Great security inside and out so always felt safe. Bathrooms were beautiful not trashy or gross. Even vending machine for soft drinks.. Friendly people. Absolutely will use again.Thank you again Ron it was a pleasure :-)

A great place to store items and furniture in between moves. Ron Duck was a blessing helping us through our move. Unfortunately, the loan on our home did not come through in time and we had all of our possessions in the moving truck. Since our apartment closed their doors on us we had no place to store our truck. We rented the truck for 2 days but Ron was able to get us an extension for a reasonably low price. On top of that, he found us a safe place to park our truck. This guy truly care about his customers well being!

We have been at Store It All with Ron for almost three years now! We have never had any trouble with anything, unit access hours are great! He takes good care of our things so I don't have to worry about them! Ron is so nice and always super friendly!

Store it All was awesome to work with. When we moved here we overflowed their largest room. Unfortunately they were full, but Ron went the extra mile to find us additional space at a competitor that he trusted. Talk about unbelievable customer service!! I can't think of too many people who would do that. I don't give five stars very often, but Ron and Store it all deserve the highest I can give.

We rented a Penske moving truck through them. Ron made the process so easy and simple and was upfront about fees and even worked with us to make sure we were making the best decision for the money. PLUS, when we dropped the truck off after hours we left the truck lights on and were unable to turn them off! He didn’t make a big deal about it and didn’t charge us any additional fees! He went there and took care of it. Great to work with for sure!

Ron took care of us as our daughter moved back from New York with furniture to store until her apartment became available.
First rate location, right next to Kingwood and Hwy 59/I69, as well as service with a smile. Very reasonable rates, with good access to our unit. Rented a 16' Penske truck to move the furniture out as well...right there on site.

Ron goes way above and beyond to take care of his customers for both storage and rental trucks without exception. Awesome customer service and excellent to do business with. Hands down the best experience I've ever had dealing with a storage unit and truck rental facility. Highly recommend you store and move here if you want no surprises and a friendly customer-oriented experience.

It's not as shiny as the big name places, but it's clean, affordable, well kept, and well run. We've been renting a unit there for years for our Christmas decorations. We've never had a problem, and Ron is a great businessman.

Although it has been a few years, I still remember staring my items here and if I ever have storage needs in the future there is no other place I would go. Ron was always helpful, cheerful and always made it feel like I was talking to a friend more so than someone I was renting a unit from. Wholeheartedly, you would not regret choosing them.

Quite possibly the best experience I've ever had with storage. This location is clean, well lit, and climate controlled. I know a lot of places advertise as much, and this location means it...even in the hottest summers. Ron Duck, the manager, takes care of this location like he's taking care of his possessions. He is always looking for ways to make the place better, safer, and more secure. I trust my stuff here.

I needed some short-term storage a few years ago while my house was showing. Ron was very helpful and responsive to all my questions. The registration process was easy and check-out, which I had to do from a long distance, was also very smooth. I recommend AAfordable to anyone in the area who needs short- or long-term storage.

I used this facility for several years until our family moved from the area. It was a great price for the space. The facility was well cared for and the staff, and Mr Ron Duck, were always happy and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great climate controlled storage option.

They are very helpful and friendly. The storage building is well laid out with access to moving carts and elevators. It has gate access for security and it's location is easily accessable. I would recommend Store It All Self Storage for anyone who is need of a storage facility.
