Poor communication, realtor proceeded to call my current property that I'm currently suing to verify my rental history prior to obtaining any form of approval. Most cases all final verifications are done once criminal, employment, and credit is complete. Simona has now caused more issues for me now that the property has redacted on previous agreed terms. I asked for various status updates, my application process was limited due to being sent a locked template. I was advised to hurry up and pay an application fee to receive poor communication. Due to the current pandemic it's inconsiderate and insensitive to demand additional unnecessary cost and cause untimely inconveniences. Due to her sending me an application with someone else's name on it I had to purchase a software to unlock her template because she lacked the competence to do so. I do not recommend this realtor unless you're white and have money to lose. I'm certain if I lacked pigmentation in my skin her sense of urgency would have been immaculate.
