I brought my kiddos there to buy birthday hats and balloons on Apr 2nd noon. The check out lady was so friendly chatting with my girl and gave her a warm birthday blessing. The kind gesture is what we need in this world. Thank you so much!

This store has a new staff with a strict and strong woman.
They fixed the prices and they took out all the expiration food.
No more unprofessional loud music, Now is peace and quiet with no employees screaming at each other. I talked to the manager about the changes of this store, and she said it will get much better then what it is.
I need this kind of managers in my store.

I went to the family dollar on Jones Rd about a month ago desperately looking for cleaning supplies NOT JUST Fabuloso and i was so happy to find some GOOD Cleaning supplies! It was by Clorox it smelt so nice and cleaned really well! The lady that was working the register was real sweet too. I’ll definitely be going back to that store! Actually will be going tomorrow to hopefully find some more of that Clorox cleaner Fingers Crossed they have some! Damn this pandemic lol!!

Always a greet when entering the store. Clean, always a selection, may not always what you anticipated, the merchandise changes. One of the advantages of a discount store is variety! Love it!

I'm the new store manager now. I'm trying to get it up to company standards. I appreciate all you guys comments. Im making it a clean place to shop and get great customer service here.

Clean and very organized store. And a well educated young man in the front line helped me with my purchase (cashier, supervisor,manager) he deserves an incentive every month.

Usually able to pick up quick items from this location. We'll stocked store.

If you need beauty supplies, fans, food, pillows, mirrors, toilet tissue, & etc. Family Dollar has it. Manager is the best.

They were out of a lot of products. Self's were empty. Don't know why.??
