SND Plumbing

For someone with enough plumbing experience of installing one sink faucet, SND plumbing was a blessing to my wife and I.

It all started with the gurgling of the toilet, then the sewer backed up, shower back up. We hired three plumbers before calling SND all to have the problem coming right back after just a few weeks. SND was the only one that finally took the time, investigated and worked with us to determine the real cause.

We had to replace our entire plumbing system underneath the foundation, and SND did a wonderful job.

Five major wins I'd like to point out when we worked with Steven at SND:

1) Punctual. Steven showed up when he said he would. Sent communications and quotes to us when he said he would.

2) Patience. Steven took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all the questions in detail so we had a clear picture of what was going on, and the best and worst-case scenarios.

3) Honesty. Steven could have patched up something or gave us a temporary solution and make a quick buck. But instead, he strongly nudged us to get a foundation inspection first to help identify the true cause of the problem. He wanted to FIX IT for the next 15+ years instead of just something temporary.

3) Considerate. Not only it was a messy job to us and the tenants (trenching, digging, crawling under the foundation, all while it was raining), there were hours where we couldn't turn on the water or flush the toilets. Steven worked with us and my tenants closely to make sure we knew what to expect and when, so we could plan accordingly ahead of time.

4) Fair pricing. We did compare different quotes. SND's pricing was very reasonable

5) Confidence. By interacting with SND ahead of the project, it gave us the confidence that they were the right choice. SND is also confident with the quality of their work, so they applied many years of warranty to this large project.

I've used Steven and SND twice now. The first repair was one we had a long-time coming. We had to dig up half the yard and the driveway and fix three different breaks in the main line that existed for too long. Steven explained everything clearly, charged a fair price, and his communication is excellent. The second job was replacing our water heater. Again, excellent job. Highly recommend!

SND Plumbing does exceptional work at a fair price, and I highly recommend them. Steven did extensive work on my bathroom remodeling project, and every bit of it was done right. He carefully worked around post tension cables in my concrete slab to reroute water lines and relocate a shower drain, and installed a new shower valve and several shut-off valves (including the ones for the washing machine and dryer) that needed to be replaced. He works carefully and has great attention to detail. SND shows up on time and stays until the work is done. I've used about four different plumbing companies over the last 15 years and SND is the first one that I can confidentially recommend.

I am so very thankful that I found these people...they are so fair and honest and really quick. It was Christmas weekend and my front water faucet ruptured due to freezing temperatures, there was a huge puddle in the front yard and I was worried. I'd already called 3 other plumbers but even though they advertised as being open 24/7 I knew it would be difficult to find someone on Christmas eve. I waited until early morning the day after Christmas and what an immense relief when Steven answered the phone on the second ring!
He was so kind and reassuring and true to his word...he had Nikko at my front door before 2pm that afternoon! I never saw a plumber that neat and tidy! And he left just as clean after digging around in the mud! He also was so very polite and kind and answered all my questions! The price was most reasonable and the van he drove up in looked meticulous. I will always call them for any future needs and I truly highly recommend them. I think customer service in general has taken a hard hit...but this company and these people treasure it and spend it lavishly...on me...their customer! Thank you so very much SND!!❤

Well I just wanted to say that I had another plumbing problem and I called my favorite company SND PLUMBING.
They quickly assessed what my problem was and fixed it in a couple of hours!
The price was so fair and I got my same Nikko to do the job. My new bathroom faucet is beautiful and my shower now works perfectly. These people are awesome and you will not regret using them. I trust them and highly highly recommend them!❤

Once again I'm indebted to these wonderful people! This time Steve had to come out for a line clean out. Both of my bathrooms were out of order. He went above and beyond to help me. His pricing is awesome and very helpful if you're on a budget (I almost cried when he told me the final cost)! He also took pictures for me to present to my local public utilities company as this is really a problem that they should fix, unfortunately, my previous experience with them is less than favorable! I will always use this plumber!
You will not be disappointed if you are in trouble... He is so fair and generous and capable. His appearance and his truck is meticulous and that's the kind of work he does!❤ Thank you Steve so much!♥🙏♥🙏♥

I spoke with Steven about my sink/garbage disposal and he was very helpful. He even offered to help me troubleshoot the issue when I mentioned that I was on a tight budget. I opted to have a tech come out believing my issue to be a difficult one. They sent Chris out promptly and at a time that worked with my schedule. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it easily. He even provided me with a few options before pursuing any repairs. I am extremely satisfied with his work. He was also very nice to my daughter, who said that he was "a kind person". Will definitely reach out to them again if I have any future plumbing issues.

Chris kept me posted for his ETA and arrived on time. The job was completed exactly as promised and the workspace was left cleaner than he found it! Chris was courteous and gave good instruction for me to solve a very minor plumbing issue on my own. I highly recommend SND plumbing.

Best Service we have ever had. They had to re-do our entire plumbing. We have only been in the house for less than 4 months. What they found was horrible. Their honesty was amassing. The pictures/video showed everything. I would recommend these folks absolutely 💯.. Thank you SND Plumbing team!!

They were able to fit me in on the day I called, which was great. To top it off they were very professional and courteous. I appreciate that they quickly got me back in business without a bunch of up-charges or drama.

Steven and his crewman, Chris did a fantastic job! I needed all of my shower trim changed out and install all new trim. They showed me what I needed to order and installed it all for me. Great job and wonderful service!

Steven and Nikko did a great job installing a duplex filter and water softener for our house. They were on time, performed quality work, and walked me through the install. Price was completely fair for the job.

Steven has been to my house twice to fix issues from a poor remodel where the contractor was not a plumber a did not install things correctly.
Steven was on time, efficient and charged fairly. I cannot speak highly enough of his work.

Very timely and communicative on the job from pricing to details of the work. Definitely going to use them again going forward :)

Steven helped us nail down the source of an intermittent slab leak. He clearly communicated what the problem was and what our options were to solve it. He was able to limit drywall cuts to relatively small openings in the garage, and left the area spotless when he was done. Will definitely call SND again whenever we have plumbing needs.
