24-HR Drive Thru Vapors

Man I have to say Ryan is my buddy juice is always perfect every time, Customer service is 5 start all round. Makes me want to come to the shop and spend it there and only there. I definitely appreciate Ryan and all the amazing recommendations and loving my juice combinations I come up with. Also I’m one of the only customers to have a juice named after me, one it’s a lot of combinations and flavors but I feel like a special customer.

So I went in to the North Tarrant Pkwy Drive Thru Vapor today for the 2nd time ever. I have to say that my 1st experience here was so good that even though the Watauga location is closer, I will come to this location from now on. And after coming today, and receiving AMAZING customer service from Ryan, I have to say I never want to have to go to another place to get my vaping products. I felt valued as a customer and like I was important to this company as a valued customer! I haven’t received that kind of service in YEARS! Ryan thank you so much for showing me that I should never write off a company just because a different location doesn’t know the true meaning of customer service! I will forever be a loyal customer of Drive Thru Vapor! Obviously the North Tarrant Pkwy location of course 😊

Drove thru with some questions about a specific product (and there are MANY products here!!)...the first person who began to ring me up was very professional and friendly, but I needed additional answers. That's when Orion came to the window....VERY knowledgeable and super patient with me..answered all of my questions and was able to make suggestions about a variation of the product I was looking for, and it was totally the right call ! I had driven thru not being 100% sure of what it was I was wanting, but his suggestions and description of the products helped me decide what was right for me. I truly appreciated the time Orion took to ask ME questions, then make the suggestions he made. That's not my experience with most Vape stores, and it was an unexpected surprise that he took the time he did to help me, even in a drive thru!!! I learned about different products and LOVE the one he suggested/picked for me. I would definitely recommend this location...ask for Orion!!

Came here for the first time today and was assisted by Jacob! He was extremely helpful and friendly. Their prices are within range and are actually CHEAPER then the place I was going to. I love that it’s 24 hours and will definitely keep that in mind when an “emergency” arises lol. The juice is AMAZING and has great flavor! Thank you Jacob for making my first experience a pleasant one. I will DEFINITELY be back!

I go to 24 HR all the time, it has a very laid back atmosphere and they have a 7-11 right next door. The employees are helpful and know their product when asked a question. They are very friendly even when using the drive thru window at night. The store is very clean and they plenty of chairs if you do need to wait. Bret is very helpful and answered all my questions. I suggest trying them out.....

I have been a loyal customer of drive-through Vapors and have had top notch service through-and-through.
They allow you to come into the store and taste different flavors before purchasing and I absolutely love my set up. They've got really good prices and you get loyalty points if you continue to come back.

Stopped by because of a lost vape, Orien was very helpful. He was very professional, I will be recommending your store just on customer experience. Great job Orien!

Was in the area, needed a coil change really bad...
Pulled into the drive through vape and OMG Adam was Amazing!!!! He took really good care of me. I would drive 24-hours for his kinda service.

Went here at the recommendation of a local while I was traveling from out of town. The ladies working there were very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Altogether a fast friendly experience.

My friends brought me here while wearing afros at midnight and the Lady working was super chill, thanks for a fun and exciting introduction to texas!

Been coming here for a couple months now and everyone seems super chill and informative. Would rate 10 out of 5 but there’s a distinct lack of stars

Customer service was okay.... Good juice. Seems to help coils last longer than the stuff I get at vapor galleria

Bailey was super knowledgeable and took his time. I had a ton of questions and was outwardly clueless. Great place.
