We had a fantastic experience with Houston Roofing & Construction. Blake the project manager took care of everything for us, working with us on the estimate, getting information to the insurance company, etc. They crew showed up at 7am as promised and completed the work in one day.
They used a drone to help document the damage and the repair for the insurance, which was cool!

When dealing with such a big project as roofing, it is not something to take lightly. As a customer, Houston Roofing and Construction has made my experience an incredible one. When researching, I had seen that this company were master elite roofers which persuaded me further to contact them. When Justin Miller came to my house to give me an estimate and presentation, he was very knowledgeable and answered all questioned I had. Even with comparing quotes from other companies, Mr. Miller made me feel comfortable to call him whenever I had any other questions. I am blessed to be given this house by my grandparents and for the age that I am, it was nice to be taken serious. I wanted to make sure that my money was going to be invested in a roof that would last a lifetime. Customer service has exceeded my expectations, my roof looks immaculate. Not only did they send their warranty and receipts through email but made sure I received a hard copy through postal mail. I give this company two thumbs up, 5 out of 5 stars and my word on customer satisfaction.

I had great customer service from this company, in particular Dustin Stamer did a great job of getting the information I needed in a timely manner and all workmanship broken down very well and at a great competitive price. I contracted this company, after I saw their sign in a neighbor's yard. I contacted them and had the pleasure of working with the project manager Robert. Awesome work at a great price. Robert was very professional and went step by step in the process with me, he always emphasized ,that he was a phone call away, if I had additional questions. The crew were respectful of property and completed the job in one day, and the clean-up was impressive.

My contact at Houston Roofing and Construction was Robert. I was extremely impressed, pleased and satisfied with Robert's straight forward manner and honesty. I was not looking forward to dealing with a roofing company, having heard many nightmare stories from others. I was quite surprised and relieved by Robert's way of dealing with me. No attempt at a hard sell, no confusing terminology. In fact, Robert was helpful in explaining the insurance company's quote, which did use confusing terms.
The work was done well, completed in the time estimated and for the amount quoted. There were no additional cost incurred, no hidden fees.

Houston Roofing & Construction was extremely helpful from the very beginning of our insurance claim process. Our project manager, Justin, inspected our mid-century style flat roof alongside the insurance claims adjuster and was able to point out all the hail damage we previously received. Justin shared each roofing option available and gave us an honest assessment.

Despite pandemic related shortages, Houston Roofing secured the product and quickly installed a new TPO membrane roof system and repaired all decking! They even went the extra mile to make sure we had the proper skylights installed.

We are so happy with the results, both functionally and aesthetically. Justin and their team made the whole process simple, and the extended warranty is an added comfort. We love HRC and will tell everyone to use them!

Houston Roofing and Construction did a great job on my roof following a sever hail storm. All insurance work was dealt with BY THEM! No mess, beautiful roof and no damage to brand new gutters and LOTS of plants. I was extremely impressed with work ethics and responsiveness of Adam. I was treated extremely well.

We did a lot of research prior to selecting a company to replace our roof. We decided to go with Houston Roofing and Construction since they went above and beyond in obtaining certifications that are above state standards. We worked with Robert and he was fantastic in terms of communication and reviewing our roof replacement. He came by and discussed options and different brands that we were interested in. When his team came to the house to work, they were very professional, and had several people here every day until the job wa done. Quick and good review and estimate for a full roof. Had called three different companies at the start and both for warranty and informational reasons decided to go with HR&C and specifically Justin who helped us out. When it came time to do the work they delivered on that too, swift and careful.

Installed Malarkey shingles made from recycled materials. Also are resistant to hail damage which I hope will help with insurance costs. Came on job early, started around 7, finished just after lunch. Cleaned up job site to satisfaction.

Residential Project Manager, Robert Morgan, did the roof inspection and patiently explained roof issues to me in a very profesional way. After I chose to replace the roof, he gave me a very reasonable price. The working crew came on time, did an excellent job, and cleaned the ground throughly before leaving. We first used Houston Roofing & Construction to replace our roof under an insurance claim. They worked with our insurance to help us get them to cover the most. It was a simple process and we had Dustin by our side the whole time. He was amazing to deal with and was easy to communicate with.

We were so impressed with the quality of work on our roof that we ended up having them do additional work to repair our siding and repair our house. It was worth every penny. They do quality and excellent work and we plan on having them do additional projects for us in the next few years. 10/10 would recommend!!

I needed my 23 year old roof replaced. I'm not planning on ever moving so wanted to get the best roof by the best company I could, not the cheapest. I feel confident that I got that with HRC. Justin's professionalism and knowledge are what sold me on his company. He delivered on everything he promised, which is rare these days. The crew that did the roofing were outstanding. No issues at all. Highly recommend them and would certainly use them for any other work I might need done.

I hired Houston Roofing and Construction to complete two home repair projects - one was to repair a water damaged wall that needed to be patched and repainted, and the other was to repair and stain a pergola on my back patio. Dustin Stahmer responded to my request for a bid and came to the house to view the work site. Bid in hand, the work was scheduled, and Dustin kept me informed along the way of when the crew would arrive. They arrived on time and even though additional damage was uncovered during the process, they completed the work timely and took great care with the work they performed. The crew was polite and professional and routinely asked me to come and view the work to make sure I didn't have any concerns. I highly recommend them and couldn't be more pleased with the work they performed. I will definitely use them again for other home repair and renovation projects. Ask for Dustin - he will take great care of you. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Hands down they far surpassed my expectations.

I called Houston Roofing and Construction for a leak that we assumed was from our roof. Turns out the leak was from our balcony! Dustin spent an hour with us trying to pinpoint the exact location of the leak which saved us so much time and money for this issue.
We do have an old roof so we still did the roof inspection and he was very honest with me about the life expectancy left and future options. I probably asked way too many questions but he was very helpful and answered them all. He didnt try to oversell me on anything but obviously this experience will have me using this company for my future roofing needs.
