Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital

It doesn't get any better than this. This hospital is splendid! Safe, clean, bright, full of staff and medical professionals who actually do care about their patients. Not to mention they have the best hospital food on the planet!! MH is my "Go2" hospital of choice here in Houston.

Brought my grandmother here after she fell and broke her wrist and hip. From the ER, to her admission, the doctors, and especially the nurses. I can’t say enough great things. The nurses have been so polite and understanding with her. And so caring. The doctors took their time to explain her procedure. And the case manager was phenomenal too! We will always come here for any hospital needs.

Labor and Delivery staff was wonderful. This was my 3rd child and I have delivered at 3 different hospitals. This was the best experience in a hospital setting. Thank you for making this a comfortable experience for baby and I.

My sister went to 5 other hospitals in 8 months trying to get help and this hospital was the ONLY one that helped her! I am so very grateful they didn't send her away like the other 5

I just got out of the day surgery unit. I was actually there last year but both times these were the sweetest people and they were so kind and professional. I was at another day surgery last year also and they were very kind but they were so slow. Today I was first patient at 0700 relatively fast process minimal paperwork that and bloodwork is done a few days before. The phlebotomist was very good. I didn’t even feel it that was relatively fast in an hour. I had a kidney stone two years ago and I had to go to the ER during Covid although it was a very long wait, it went fast once I got in there people were very kind and professional I would recommend Memorial Hermann Humble.

This is the hospital of the future existing in the present from its attractive building, advanced technology, professionalism, cleanliness, and friendly ambience to the extraordinary camaraderie among its diverse medical, clinical, administrative, and maintenance staff. Each patient is treated as special. Healthcare and wellness are its priority. Patients feel important and among people who truly want to help them regain and maintain their good health

I see a lot of negative reviews but honestly this is one of the best Emergency rooms I've ever been to. Last time I was there was in June with my Spouse and the nurses and Doctors were the sweetest. Really took care of him for the time he was there since he had to be admitted. Some staff members really went out if their way to make sure that we received all the help and assistance my family needed and I would like to say that I really appreciate everything you guys did for us. Thank you so much!!! 🙏

As a first time mom I can say Im very grateful and appreciate everything the hospital did for me and the helping me deliver my baby safely . I suffered from my placenta ruptering at home 11/12/23 got took by a ambulance here and within the 5-10 minutes of arriving the nurses and doctors decided to take me into a emergency c section right away . They saved me and my babies life I lost so much blood and he was loosing oxygen . Thankfully my baby was out and delivered safely and healthy within one hour everything was quick . The experience was nice the nurses and staff where so amazing , sweet , and helpful . I want to specifically mention that Nurse Deanna, and Nurse Ava where the best nurses to take care of me and my baby after the delivery . Thank yall !

They took really great care of my father til he departed. They’re taking great care of our mother too ! The whole staff from ER to room residency, great service!!!!!🙏🏽🙏🏽

I absolutely loved all of the staff that helped me, from the nurses to registration people. Everyone was friendly and professional. I feel blessed!

The Dr seen my son right away after checking in to check his vitals and any injuries, I was told he was fine but it's my call if I want a CT scan done. I wasn't going to leave until I was positive he was fine, the waiting period was a bit too long but after being called, the 3 women in the radiation room did everything they could to get my 1yr old to calm down and sit still for his scan I wish I would've gotten names and give them the recognition! One of them pulled out her phone to play some cartoons while the Dr ran through halls to grab a bottle of milk for him since I was unprepared after leaving my work early in the morning. I am beyond grateful for the help the staff provided and the urgency taken for my son they definitely have my 5stars

I took my mother to the ER because her Nephrologist sent her. The only downside was the wait time but I think that’s the case in every hospital. When admitted, everyone was just so nice and caring. Shout out to Larry, Shenequa(sorry if I misspelled your name) and the other nurses helping my mom. My mom didn’t want to leave lol overall we had a good experience.

Brought wife to e.r. after 45 minutes the doc told us what they would do for her.the nurses and doctors,as well as staff have been excellent and give all the details about her care.God bless you all,in the name of Jesus Christ our lord and saviour.

I went to the hospital .with a broken foot at night ,days ago can said the personal starting with the security at the door was very nice and helpful I don't have to wait a lot for they to see me the doctor in the checking room was very helpful and extremely nice and do care about my problem he went to bring the specialist to see me ,from that moment I received the best care in their hands all the personal was willing to help me whenever I needed I'm so grateful with the doctors and the specialist who do a procedure on my foot and all the nurses and technical professionals to .. I need to add that this wasn't the first time I receive the best care in this hospital Thankyouuu

I went to the Memorial Herman ER in Kingwood for abdominal pain, which turned out to be appendicitis and I needed surgery. They transported me to Memorial Hermann Northeast. The reviews were worrying but my experience was honestly wonderful, all things considered. All the staff was actually really nice. I remember some of the nurses' names: Sofia, Maria, Faith, and Emily. They were so sweet, including the ones whose names I can't remember. The medical student, John (I think), was so kind. Everyone helped me with kindness and professionalism. The doctors I saw were great. The surgeon was great. The anesthesiologist, Dr. Westerheide, was great. The people who transported me in the ambulance were great. The nurses and doctors managed my pain well, which is greatly appreciated. Happy to say I had a good experience during a scary ordeal and I made it home safely to my family because of that hospital and their staff.

Amazing ER and really good staff. I saw all of these negative reviews, but I don’t really see why. Only bad part was that they lost my blood test

In a world of increasing negativity, I guess everyone has their own opinion but I was at this hospital for my wife’s surgery and was there close to 10 hours. Every single person we encountered was thoroughly professional, caring and extremely patient. From check in to check out not a single complaint and I sat in the waiting area and observed how they handled everyone including bad behaving and rude people entering the hospital as well as other folks waiting on their loved ones.
All the folks in the day surgery unit were amazing and upbeat. Even after a full day, Susan and Angela had fabulous bed side skills and were so very pleasant throughout our time. I am sure some people experience bad outcomes but if they treat the staff with utmost respect, I would feel confident they would receive same.
These were remarkable people in every way.

The pre and post op nurses are the best in the field. Attentive and caring, I had the best experience possible for what I was in for.
