I am thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service received from Gus at the Kroger Deli Townsen location. He was fast, friendly, professional and he served us with a beautiful smile! Thank you Gus for the excellent customer service!

I normally do not believe in perfection as it's impossible to obtain and maintain the withered joints of things always show up if you look close enough and bring old retired man of an industry that requires perfection at all times I usually recognize it when I see it so kudos to all and especially senior management as they do obviously have found the method to I still the all the store staff to enjoy doing their individual jobs throughout and professionally IT SHOWS THE STORE IS SUCH A PLEASURE TO GO TO TO SHOP 5HANK YOU ALL,

Blow away how big this store is it looks small from the outside but when you step inside you will be amazed very clean fully stocked staff was friendly i randomly asked someone that was stocking where the water was and they told me with a smile on their face

Love Kroger always well stocked and clean and so close to us

It is a fabulous store. It was clean. They also support high school #football

We use the pharmacy regularly and the staff is always pleasant and helpful.

I enjoy coming to this location. It's larger than others around, and since it's newer the layout flows well.

There are definitely more options in every department, compared to smaller stores.

They have the fuel center in front of the store which is a bonus to use those kroger points instead of letting them waste away. Who doesn't want up to $1.00 off per gallon of gas?

A MUST STOP is the floral department, not only for the variety of flowers but a wonderful employee named KAT.
Kat took the time to show me how to arrange flowers in my hand before trimming them to fit into the vase, and she showed me a trick to tell which roses were a good buy that will last longer.
I will be buying my flowers from this Kroger because of Kat, thank you!!!

Really nice store. I was in a hurry & accidentally left 20.00 in the (self-checkout) register after getting cash back the night before. Clerk picked it up & turned it in. When I called the store the next morning, management was able to help by getting info on my receipt & told me to come by to pick it up.

Great customer service and easy self checkout. Wonderful selection, great produce, good alcohol selection, and I'm usually in and out in less than 15 minutes for what I need.

I really do love this store whether I'm picking up a few things or a whole lot. This is my favorite place to shop.

Awesome selections will shop again..

I had a pleasant experience the other day. I had quite a few items in my basket but I also needed to buy stamps. I didn't know every register had them. So I waited in line at the customer service center when Sharon told me I could have got stamps at any register. She was very nice about it. Checked my items out right there at the counter and helped me bag them, and we had a brief pleasant conversation. She took very good care of me.

In this store after 10 and didn't realize that the registers close at 10...but the manager "Stacy" saw me and my mom and greeted us and stated she would keep the register open for us to check out.wow!! She had a very good attitude and was very kind!!! Now this is customer service!!!!!! Very rare these days!! I commend her for the good work and people skills!!! This occurred the night of 6/13/2018

Got in and out quickly. the cashier and bagger were very nice and engaging. Always a pleasant experience.

There is this beautiful, wonderful woman that works there. Her name is Sylvia R. She is so kind and patient and understanding. She always has a smile on her face and I can't say I've ever seen her in a bad mood. When I go to this store, I always look forward to possibly running into her.

Imagine 190 like a cupcake, Sylvia is like the sprinkles on top that catches your eye.

This is by far one of the best Kroger Stores ! It's a sparking clean and spacious store. It's very beautiful on the inside as it is from the outside. The workers are very friendly and are there to help you with anything you need. I'm also impressed with the stock here . This store stays heavily stocked , empty shelves of sold out items do not exist here.

This is a great Kroger store. Produce and all other departments in tip top shape at all times. And I'd say about 80% of the employees are amazing. The others just seem tired and uninterested in entertaining any questions a shopper may have, which is not a big deal, I get it they're pooped. I shop here on a weekly and have no complaints😉

I couldn't be happier with the attention I received from the Pharmacy staff. I got here to get my 1st Pfizer dose a week ago and at first I was somewhat scared. They walked me through the whole process, the doctor was extremely helpful, she gave me all the explanations I needed. Can't wait to come back for my 2nd shot.
