My wife and I had order tiles for our bathroom for curb side pickup and we were having an issue with the system showing them as being ready for pickup but when we arrived it looked like they weren't on the order anymore. We worked with Victor and he was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we got our complete order. Victor and Alex then both loaded up a car with all the heavy boxes and despite it being terribly cold, they were so kind and helpful! A huge thank you to Victor for going the extra mile to make sure we got our tiles on time.

The cleanest and organizes Home Depot that I ever seen, great customer service, if you need anything you just need to walk around and they will help you right away, Enough cashiers, and 4 lines!!! For self checkout, I really like this store and, I’m there twice a week.

I enjoy shopping here. This store has items I need and the people that work here are always willing to help.

Amazing location and staff! Went there on the hunt for some beautiful plants and came back home with multiple enormous succulent arrangements and smaller arrangements. The total was the same price as one large arrangement at a bougie shop and I am impressed that they’re all still alive too (: thank you to the manager (I believe to be Dave/David) who helped me find the perfect plants and the staff who assisted along the way. Even though they were closing and wanted to go home, they went above and beyond with compassion. 🌸

I like the gray-haired lady working in the paint section. She knows a lot and is always helpful and kind. Give her a raise.

Super great. One of my favorite stores. I've been a customer for years. I even had a big truck for a week, and they were so pleasant. The staff is well trained in customer service. If you want a pleasant experience, go there.

They were experiencing some electrical issues, so not a lot of lighting and ac was out. However, they were still open and you could check out like normal. Shelves were very neat and clean and people were friendly.

Returned an item and the process was slick. Love this Home Depot.

I seen to have a lot of household projects that require an odd assortment of hardware to complete. The Home Depot always seems to have what I need at a reasonable price. My store is clean, well organized and easy to find parking. I especially like the app which tells me where the items I am seeking are located in the store. All in all it is a very effective and efficient experience.

I went to the Lincolnwood location, looking to find tools and parts to anchor something to the outside brick wall of my home and I asked Mike, an older gentleman who I quickly realized that he had a wealth of knowledge about almost everything. The parts and the suggestions he recommended and gave me worked out perfectly and I am very grateful. The job turned out perfectly. So thank you to Mike and Home Depot for the reaaaallly great quality of service and products. And before I forget, I was also in the Garden Department and there was a young lady working out there and totally helped me with my olanti and planting questions. She definitely went out of her way to help me, I'm sorry I don't remember her name. But you know who you are, you helped me with the perennials and told me to get a bag of mulch. Thank you very much.🍻

I've never had any issues here. I come here for all my home improvement projects and I've always been satisfied with the service.

Few years later update: I still come here and they still have good service. 👍

Great service. The manager was answered all my questions.

I went to the store to pick up an item on line. Unfortunately, I bought the wrong item. So, I did an exchange. Anyway, Clara was very helpful over the phone and in person about the item I purchased. While at the checkout three other associates helped me with professionalism, courteous and knowledge. I wish I would have gotten their names. Thanks for making my shopping experience a nice one.

Customer rep. Took his time finding the faucet i wanted that I saw online and couldn't find it on my own on display at the store and got a latter to get it from the high stocking shelves. Great service. And the cashiers were engaging and friendly.

Today 3-15-22 i went back to get more items and"Rupert " took his time and showed me a different tool to use for the job and make it easier due to my physical disabilities. He understood what i was dealing with and made the task at hand easier for me . All in all your Customer service representative Rupert was a delight and encouraging. Great location.

My favorite Home Depot with easy CTA access from Logan Square, this location is generally better-stocked than more local options. Special thanks to the plumbing section, the wax removal/replacement was easy and I now have sloan-flush experience!

Since the demise of small local neighborhood hardware stores. And corporate big box stores took over is it really necessary to give a review of Home Depot. Well I have been going to this Home Depot for years, I really never had the gumption to review this cookie cutter store for any reason. I am not a electrician, construction or handyman. So I do miss the small neighborhood hardware stores. If you had questions or problems fixing something they could help.
I ran into Home Depot for some electrical material. I’m looking around and this older gentleman Mike is his name asked me if I needed help. (Someone at Home Depot asked if I needed help?!) so I explained to him what I was doing, he took his time to listen to me! And made his suggestions and showed me where the parts are. After that Mike even asked what else do you need and proceeded to take me to the other aisle to show me my options!!
I appreciated his knowledge and him having patience with me answering my questions.
It was quite refreshing having true customer service for a change at a big box store!
Mike is a great asset to this company and should be a role model to other employees.
