My favorite UPS location, always friendly and super efficient. Great customer service!

Went several times to this location and I always see same familiar faces. I think they have a high employee retention ratio. And truly, everyone seems happy to be there. Very knowledgeable and efficient personnel. Diego’s amazing!

I was here 7/14/23 evening with a small shipping issue that the man who was helping me resolved. Always great service at this location.
Also- I appreciate they are open until 8pm. It is very convenient for those of us who work late. Thank you!!!

Well, first of all let’s say that I rarely write reviews.I had a package to return, but I wanted to hand it to an UPS associate instead of using a Drop Off Self Service in order to have a receipt with the return tracking number in it. And to my surprise the whole process took literally a minute, and that minute was enough for me to feel the nice organized environment of the store and the friendly excellent treatment of a pleasant lady who kindly took the package, weighed it and gave me the return receipt. Thank you so much for the quality service.😊

UPS made it easy and fast to prepare everything for the shipping

Finally had a great notary service that is complete and hassle free! For apostille you always got to make sure notary stamps in your document the complete requirements. And Carina provided it completely. -Signed in what state, county the date and signed by your complete name.

Although, one other thing that could make it even better would be a stamp that says this is an original copy. But nonetheless everything was great.

I tried to do an Amazon return yesterday and mistakenly mismatched an item with a return code. I called today and Adam and his colleagues went through all their Amazon items (a few large boxes!) to pull the item that I had given in by mistake! Thank you for such wonderful customer service!

This location is very good for getting in and out in a timely manner. The associates are always on top of everything and they are polite to say the most polite I have experience in customer service thank you guys!

I have never personally been into their store But today I received calls from the usps around there to say that something I had purchased on line was brought to them and not UPS. They were going to toss it if i could not get it picked up.. Being miles away there was nothing I could do. I looked up the local UPS store and gave them a call. I talked to Abe who personally walked to the USPS to pick up the package and ship it correctly. While on the phone he also told me when it would deliver.

Exceptional service from Ali today. I had a prepaid return, an Amazon return, a purchase, and two other shipments and Ali was knowledgeable, speedy, and even helped me look up an address. My husband, who frequents this location, says Ali and his colleague are always helpful when he is there. Thank you!

They are always polite and nice.

My experience about this location is excellent . They have a good service to the customer and never delayed in forwarding and receiving packages

Good service kind n humble staff

Came in on a Sunday and the employee "Gobinda" was super helpful, friendly, and fast! I was struggling on how to use the color copier to make a photo ID copy and he came over from behind the counter to ask if I needed help. I totally appreciate it! And he was kind an courteous to all the other customers I saw him take care of.

I went there today early morning to make an Amazon return for a defective item I received. I didn't know how to process an Amazon return on my phone and the worker helped me do it step by step. She was super nice and helpful. Thank you for your help Sam!

I have many packages shipped here — porch pirates don’t get to steal my stuff. Staff is helpful and friendly even when busy. Thanks Abe and crew!

I went there today, New Year's Eve, 2020, and could not wait to come back home and compliment Gobinda, one of the store's employees. From the beginning, when he greeted me, Gobinda exhibited great customer service skills. He was patient while explaining the shipping methods and costs of sending the package to Europe. He offered explanations how to save money while using the best possible service. Gobinda took his time, shrink wrapped the content of the package, and found the best fitting box while thinking of the shipping costs. During the whole process he was kind, respectful, extremely helpful, and professional. Thank you Gobinda for your hard work and expertize! I will definitely come back and use this UPS location as long as people like Gobinda work there. Great job UPS! Have a safe, healthy, and prosperous New Year!

My baby was sleeping in the car when I arrived. Not only did a staff member come out and help grab the big box I was returning, but he told me I could wait in the car while he ran the receipt out to me. 10/10 will come back to return things here.
