Had a great experience here! I got beautiful pieces from the very helpful sales people. They weren’t pushy at all. It was a fun experience and I’m looking forward to receiving my purchases

I was working with a lot of personal specs, but most notable were: (1) room-size constraint, (2) needing a queen size, minimum, and (3) adamant about not feeling the bars across your back when in the bed position. The magical bed exists and this is it!

It's SO hard to tell from photos online how 1000% adequate it is as a queen (fact: it's actually an Olympic Queen/European Queen/ Super Queen. Called different things= 66"W×80"L, which is 6in wider than a normal queen.) I included a photo of it made up with queen bedding (jersey knit Standard Size Queen sheets stretch so they fit wonderful, but non-jersey knit Standard Size Queen sheets will be a major losing battle). I DID order a Olympic Queen fitted+padded mattress topper (all my beds have them). it's more like an 8/10 for firmness, so I added just a touch more of softness when sleeping and it's literally perfect.

I am SO happy I found this for my den. I get to keep my den as a usable den AND have perfect guest accommodations without sacrificing the entire room simply for a traditional mattress.

I'm very particular...I went all over town looking for furniture. After several trips I quit my searches and just kept showing up here and their sister store Solid. They have all the best stuff...the best style...the best people. I'm remodeling and furnishing my whole place with their furniture, rugs, etc. John and Stacey and their sons bend over backward to help me with choices, pricing for my budget...and if they think something won't work in my house or a rug is too vulnerable for my use, they steer toward something else. Even tho they could make an easier, quicker sale without ever telling me about those risks. I highly recommend this place. I'm getting a lot for my money. : )

We received great consultation and customer service from both Jonathan and Stacie while selecting the dining set. They kept us informed of the delivery schedule even throughout factory shutdown uncertainties this year. Delivery and setup were impeccable as well. This would be our go-to place for contemporary furniture again.

I bought from Jon and he is amazing: Listens to what you want, makes perfect suggestions, and makes you an excellent offer. Delivery was unfortunately a little longer, but I received regular updates and I am super satisfied with everything.
You guys are awesome and I will be back for more.

We furnished our entire living room and dining room at 5 Elements and are incredibly happy with the results. They have excellent taste in contemporary, elegant furniture, and they helped immensely with design and color options based on our home. Very reasonable prices for the quality as well. Amazing customer service...and I wasn't even a customer!
I was looking for a small attachment for some Italian chairs we bought years ago and found that Five Elements carries this chair. I contacted them to ask where I might be able to source these small attachments and they went ahead and procured exactly what I asked for and mailed them to me in Colorado! This was done out of simple generosity as we had not originally purchased our chairs from them. Thank you 5 Elements, if I ever move to Austin I will furnish my home from your store.

I worked with five elements over a period of three months to design and furnish my new living room. They were simply amazing. What stood out to me is their attention to detail and knowledge of spacing. Also they have really high quality furniture suppliers. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the Austin area who wants to pick the right furniture for their home.

My review is about the stellar kinds of people the business is. I heard about an amazing and remarkable act of kindness they did to someone's son who was diagnosed with cancer & had to withdraw their deposit towards their purchase. They delivered it anyway with a receipt that said Paid in full. I live in NYC and would purchase if I could, but since I cannot, I urge everyone in the area to support this amazing business.

This is the best furniture store in Austin if you love a modern/eclectic look. Jonathan and his team are so patient and have a passion for creating your perfect room. I wish there were more stars. I can’t recommend them more highly.

Knowledgeable staff selling high end, commercial grade furniture in a wide variety of styles and finishes. Most pieces are custom order but worth the wait and price.
