Thom's Market - Barton Springs

I had to check out this place while I was in the area. They have a little bit of everything - coffee, deli, general small grocery, wine, beer, novelties, and memorabilia. The clerks were great. Totally recommend.

I live across the street and over time have come to appreciate this place. The people who work here are very nice. They're a little pricey for some things but it's nice that they have things if you don't have time to go somewhere else. They have some cute little gifts and stocking stuffers, and greeting cards. They also have quite a few bottles of wine for a little stop n shop.

This spot is perfect, especially if you don’t want to deal with crowds at other grocery stores. Able to easily find all the basic necessities needed to survive for a few days without having to go into a larger store. It is a bit more expensive because of the convenience.

Thom's is great! For a small space, they have a great selection of food and drink (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), including tons of local items. You can also find local gifts and apparel. Friendly staff. This Thom's has one of my favorite signs in Austin! Today I picked up local brews for hubby and locally-made dog treats for the hounds (as well as some snacks for myself).

Wonderful shop. Excellent stuff. Pleasant people (and some with a pug mask). All sorts of food and drink, high quality, not so cheap. Funny stuff, too.

Kombucha on tap, fun socks, snacks, drinks, a little bit of everything. Definitely worth a stop in to support a local gem

Cool place with interesting stuff. Great branded snacks, but some of them are pricey. They also have confront items like tape, chargers, bug spray, etc.

Good place to find things to fill a care package.

Solid food options, good drink selection, cool merch but the best part is the staff!

If you're visiting Austin, you must stop at a Thoms market. They carry all of the best things that you wouldn't find anywhere else, or probably not even think to look for. If you're a local, there is a food chance you come everyday or at least once a week. This place is amazing and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

What a good sound system... Loved the music plus had all the yummy drinks I needed. Great corner store.

This is a great little convenience storeis just 2 blocks from my apartment. It is super cleam and has a good selection of basic food items. We were able to buy a dozen fresh cage-free eggs. Just what we needed for our Sunday omelettes. As a bonus they have a good selection of wines reasonably priced. Staff was friendly, and they have plenty of parking out front.

Thom's is only a couple of blocks from home; it is really handy. They have very good quality products, a fine wine selection (large selection, too), and all kinds of things that one might need for last minute meal prep. The staff is fantastic. They always give our dog a treat, so he wants to take me there every day, too.

I love this store! What an upgrade from the store that was there previously. Great selection of real groceries plus tons of other cool products. I just want to look at everything! Super friendly, helpful staff. Awesome beer and wine selection. Thank you for opening in the neighborhood!

Wow this place is amazing! Great selection of beer & wine, fair number of single cans to make your own six pack, food, and other interesting things. Best of all, it was only $2/beer for local craft! That is awesome!

This is my new go to stop and shop! I randomly stopped here to grab a bottle of water on my way to work. 30 minutes later I realized I was going to be late to work. I was walking up and down the isles looking at all the cool stuff Thom’s Market had to offer. They have everything take and bake pizza or cook your pizza there, coffee, chips, candy, fresh fruit and veggie selection, huge beer and fantastic wine selection. They have so many little grab and go items from lux laundry soap to candles to catchy coffee mugs even a super cute Thom’s Market trucker hat. It’s a great place to grab a hostess gift on the way to a party or stop in for breakfast tacos & coffee. The staff is super friendly and can help you pick out a good beer or bottle of wine. I seriously can’t say enough great things. They also have easy parking.

Love this market, love the people that work there, love the location, and love that they give my doggo treats whenever we visit. Friendly folks with a great variety of selections for your local grocery needs. They have plenty of vegan and gluten free options.

Friendly staff that keep the atmosphere relaxed and inviting. As diverse of a selection as your higher end super market yet somehow jammed into a convenient spot. A great place to grab lunch or alcohol with an extensive beer and wine selection.

Been going here every day for almost 2 years. Excellent products (quality and selection), very friendly staff, and well organized. My dog loves going here too since he gets a treat every time, without fail. One of my favorite stores in ATX. Heading there in a few minutes when they open 😊.

This is the most comprehensive and delightful bodega I've ever been in. They have everything you could conceivably want (particularly if you're vacationing in Austin, staying at the Carpenter Hotel next door). Huge selection of wine, beer, trendy soda, flavored seltzers, kombucha, milk and milk substitutes, mixers, coffee, tea. Startling array of spices, ready made meals, pastas, really nice cheeses, Bola pizza, ice cream, peanut butters (and alternative butters). If you have an allergy or special food need (gluten/vegan/organic/nuts/dairy), you can meet it here. Plus a selection of quirky gifts, like postcards, toys, candles, stationary. It's fun to browse, and you'll probably find something you want to buy.

Today at this spot a wonderful lass named Joanna I believe, saved my entire day! Amen thank you Jo! Friendly ,courteous and above all KIND. Thoms market always has what you need when you need it most! Even when its just a shoulder to lean on!!
