I had a wonderful experience at this office , as soon as I walked in Anita and Nayeli in the front greeted me wonderfully I felt welcomed. I came in for a Dental grant and when it was time to go over the treatment plan Mrs.Silvia the manager went over the plan with me very carefully , explained everything so well. I highly recommend this office to anyone! Will definitely be coming back!

I loved being seen here and found my new office. All the staff showed professionalism. They were very quick and courteous. Anita was great with helping me out with the forms.

Anita was very kind and friendly. She's been there to greet me at the front desk almost every appointment. It's nice to walk into the dentist office and immediately be put at ease with a friendly greeting. It's the little things that make the difference!

These guys and girls are just awesome! The dentist is the best! They are so great! I had bad experiences with dentists in the past and this dentist continuously asked me if I was okay or if he was hurting me at all! He is so gentle I felt absolutely nothing! As I read the reviews, I was super skeptical. However, when I went in for my consultation everyone in this office was so welcoming. From the receptionist to the hygienist, everyone was so pleasant and helpful. The hygienist was gentle when taking my x-rays. She asked me several times about what I wanted done. She was very knowledgeable about what I was asking.

The dentist was so nice he asked questions he gave several options to fix what I wanted to fix. He was also gentle and knowledgeable as well. We came up with a plan that worked for me.

Silvia- the office manager, is so super sweet. She gave me several payment options along with my grant. She answered all my questions and she gave me the best options for my budget. These numbers are about the same as I got for other consultations. I was reading that their prices were overpriced. I can only speak from my experience and my quote.... it is about average!

I will be getting my work done here. So very please! 10 out of 10, I recommend!

I really appreciate the way Sylvia, the office manager, helps me with anything I need. I go there from Abilene. Sometimes it’s challenging scheduling my appointments around work but she always makes it happen! She is definitely an asset to your company!!!

From my first phone call to my last visit, this place has been amazing. Starting at the front desk all the way up to the dentists, everyone I’ve met has been professional, caring and kind. I’ve never been so comfortable going to a dentist due to the trauma my mouth has gone through, due to a car accident. Yet, I don’t have the fear I once did. At 65, that’s saying a lot. I recommend this office to everyone I know. My journey isn’t quite over yet, but I’m looking forward to a great smiling picture with this amazing team. Pure Theory, you guys are the best! I recently received a Dental Grant from Texas and Pure Dental reached out once approved. So I was kind of sceptical at first, so I looked at the reviews and I was shocked to see all the bad reviews about the dental office especially with people having the Dental Grant. So now I am here to say that I was treated with respect and Everyone there from the receptionist to the consultant was all nice respectful and I am going back to get my procedure done. I will say this I didn't experience any of that at all. So, Thank you Pure Dental Theory.

I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with Pure Theory Dental. I was referred to this office through the Texas Dental Grant program. I applied for the grant one evening and received an acceptance email the next morning. I contacted Pure Theory Dental, was given an appointment and went for my first visit. X-rays were taken, by Nick, I met with Dr. Respa (amazing dentist), my plan of treatment was created and I met with Raj to create a payment plan. The Texas Dental Grant provided more than 40% of the funds. I returned for my temporary crown installation. Very easy, no discomfort and my smile was returning 😀. A little over two weeks later, I returned to have my permanent crowns installed. Dr. Respa and Nick were concerned about my comfort level during this procedure. I had no pain, was informed during the procedure as to what was occurring and left with a permanent smile, that will last a lifetime.
It is worth noting that my daughter is getting married, in June. Dr. Respa, Nick, and the office staff worked their “magic” to enable all of my dental work to be completed, prior to the wedding. Customer service is a lost commodity in today’s world. However; Pure Theory Dental’s aim/goal is total customer service, comfort and care for their patients.They have provided 150% of that goal, for me.

Silvia (the office manager) is great! She made the whole process understandable and lowered my stress level about the whole process.

Very friendly staff. Dr Stein is very thorough. I am very nervous about dentists. She was competent and offered various sedation options. I needed an implant. I was knocked out during the procedure. Just got the final crown seated. Highly recommend this office to anyone.

A smile is the first thing ppl see and for someone that has always been self conscious about her smile getting a same day was a necessity. I struggle to make time as it is and this made my day!!! I just started my treatment at pure theory and I am already impressed. It’s not every dentist that hears the needs of a patient and I can’t even express how comfortable that made me feel. From the person at the front desk to the assistants and dentists all the way to the help in financing, everyone is top notch.

Great dentist office with an amazing staff. They ease my worries about my extensive dental work and discuss payment options. I highly recommend them.
