The entire experience from initial shopping to the delivery of the furniture was seamless, stress-free, and professional. Communication was great and everyone was friendly and helpful. Richard Sires was engaging and patient and a great pleasure with whom to do business. The furniture itself is beautiful and superbly constructed. The delivery company was great as well. If you are looking for quality leather furniture THIS is the place to shop! We went to the Fort Worth store and Richard was wonderful to work with. The furniture is made here in the DFW area. Once we were in queue we received emails at every step… cutting the leather, upholstery, QA, etc. Setting up delivery was very easy. Veronica was very accommodating. We had to reschedule a couple of times and it was not an issue. They delivered exactly as expected. The furniture was very well wrapped. The delivery guys got it all set up in 15-20 minutes and cleaned up everything. Everything from meeting Richard initially to actual delivery was how customer service should be. We would purchase from them again in a heartbeat!

Very happy with our new sofa and our total experience. Richard was a great help and such a hoot. From the moment we walked in the door he made us feel welcome. The delivery people were top class and did a great job of getting our sofa to us. We had a slight problem as there was a pinhead hole on one of the arms. They were very fast to come out, remove the arm, take it back to the shop and replace the entire panel on the sofa. They are all great people to work with, love our sofa and would do it all over again.

I purchased a titan sofa about five months ago and I still can not stop bragging to my friends and family about this place. From the first time we stopped in, as we are just looking couple, to five month of ownership, I have no regret. 9/29/2020 update: still love my couch, looks the same as it did when they dropped it off. A little maintenance good cleaner and conditioner. Still would recommend. I have referred anyone looking for furniture to these guys
