Grit changed my relationship with fitness for the better. Today, I truly cannot imagine my life without this community. I look forward to classes—they are challenging (with modifications to meet your specific needs), rewarding, and SO FUN. No matter where we are in our lives, there's always something we need to work through... there's no better place for this work than Grit!

Before I started going to GRIT, I was someone who dreaded going to the gym. Now, I wake up excited knowing I get to sweat it out with my GRIT team each morning! I’ve been to many spin classes across the country, and I can 100% say none of them compare to the classes at GRIT. Besides Spin, make sure to check out their incredible Strength, GRIT 45, and Bare classes. All of the instructors are extremely personable, raw, and always make a point to let each and every attendee know that they’re seen. There truly is something about the saying that “GRIT is more than a workout.” GRIT is a community. GRIT is a lifestyle. GRIT is LIFE! ✌🏻

This place is no joke. Serious fitness with awesome staff. They also got a really cool food truck called Smooths

I have been with Grit Fitness since day 1! It is the absolute best gym I’ve ever been. The instructors are not only professional and trained in their teachings but also they actually care about the people. They push me to me the best I can be and encourage me when I need it!

I love my Grit fit fam!! I love all the classes. They are all so awesome. They even have online classes you can do from your own home now. It’s the best place in down town Florence.

I love working out at Grit! The instructors and variety of classes are awesome. The spin classes are so fun. Barre and strength are also favorites. There is something for everyone.
